measurement data between groups using two sample t test in the test group before and after the measurement data were compared using paired t test.Among many groups of count data using K-W test, further two-two comparison using the Nemenyi method. With P<0.05 as significant difference,P<0.01 was a very significant difference.Result:1 No significant differences were found in age(t=0.55,P=0.59),Gender(?2=0.19,P=0.89),Education(?2=3.38,P=0.50),marital status(?2=0.23,P=0.99),income(?2=1.46,P=0.69),vocation(?2=4.48,P=0.35)and rehospitalized times(?2=0.69,P=0.71)between Painting therapy group and control group. Before the test, also no significant differences were found in cohesion and adaptation scale, quality of life scores,Alexithymia Scale score,Stigma Scale score,Wisconsin Card Sorting Test score and all subscales(P>0.05).2 After the experiment the difference between the two groups, except for motivation / energy component table score was not statistically significant(12.77±10.33,13.89±3.69,t=0.56,P >0.05),the other table had statistical significance(P<0.05).The painting therapy group pre-and post-treatment comparisons of intra-group both showed the significant differences(P<0.05),control group, quality of life scale(t=2.45,P<0.05)and psychosocial subscale scores(t=2.43,P<0.05)had statistically significant.3 Compared with the control group, painting therapy group alexithymia score(51.36±7.86,56.04±7.49,t=2.29,P<0.01),Emotion recognition scale score(17.07±3.95,20.15±3.25,t=3.19,P<0.01)in lower level. The painting therapy group pre-and post-treatment comparisons of intra-group both showed the most significant differences(P<0.05).4 Significant differences were found in stigma scale score(47.60±10.65,53.15±8.07,t=2.20,P<0.05)and discrimination scale score(19.27±7.10,22.56±3.63,t=2.23,P<0.05)between painting therapy group with control group, the effect on two groups illness conceal factor and active effect factor is consistent(P>0.05).The painting therapy group pre-and post-treatment comparisons of intra-group both showed the most significant differences but the active effect factor(P<0.01).5 Compared the executive function with the control group, painting therapy group error numbers(RE),sustained response(RP),continuous error(RPE)had great improvement(P<0.05).The painting therapy group pre-and post-treatment comparisons of intra-group both showed the most significant differences(P<0.05).No significant differences were found in control group(P>0.05).6 The quality of life was improved in the treatment group of 86.67% patients,62.96% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(X2=4.31,P=0.04).Painting therapy group were 50% patients with shame level decreased in the control group, only the 22.22%,the difference has statistical significance(X2=4.71,P = 0.03).7 Great significant differences were found on the number of colors between early term with medium term(X2=13.44,P<0.01)and early term with late term(X2=33.82,P<0.01).No significant differences were found between medium term with late term(X2=3.91,P>0.10).Early term works using 1-2 color accounted for 83.3% of the total work of early term,32% of the medium term and late term was 12%,3-4 color paintings for early works of 13.89 %,20% of the medium term and late term was 32%.8 Each 2,3 grade color number accounted for the actual use of the number of early(50%),medium(62.5%)and late(70%).Conclusion:1 Family participation type Painting Therapy to improve the degree of
