The continuous development of education is one of the effective solutions to continue the traditional pattern of education.Therefore,the continuous improvement of training effect on how to strengthen the continuous optimization of education management of remote continuing medicine has become an important issue of continuing medical education development.Comply with the requirements of the situation development,Beijing fengtai combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital in 2010 began to distance continuing medical education model is applied to practical work actively,for remote management of continuing medical education work continuously innovation and development.This study through literature study,stratified random sampling questionnaire survey form,through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,analysis of Beijing fengtai hospital which combines traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine continuing medical education object to participate in the activities of distance continuing medical education of the status quo,investigating the degree of satisfaction,training needs,etc.,so as to evaluate the quality of distance continuing medical education,summarizes the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasure and the suggestion.The research conclusion of this paper is that,at present,there are some problems with education in the remote continuing medical treatment of fengtai middle and western medicine hospital in Beijing,and the first is that the participation rate of medical staff is not high and only 1/3 of them are involved.Second,the degree of satisfaction of medical and pharmaceutical professionals is low;Third,medical personnel training for non-medical students,such as laws and regulations and other contents also have greater needs;Fourthly,the medical staff tends to teach the teaching and case teaching in the interactive teaching method and the training time of 30 minutes,and does not want to be paid by the individual.In view of these problems,policy Suggestions are proposed from three aspects:policy,hospital and training platform.
