A Survey On The Needs Of Remote Health Education For The Elderly Patients With Chronic Diseases In The Community

Objective:Objective to establish a questionnaire for distance health education needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases in community,and provide tools for community elderly patients with chronic diseases to investigate the status quo of "knowledge,belief and behavior" in distance health education.Objective to investigate the health education needs and health education knowledge,beliefs and behavior status of elderly patients with chronic diseases in community,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide references for effective development of remote health education for elderly patients with chronic diseases in urban communities.Methods:1 selected 6 in Taiyuan Municipality in accordance with the inclusion criteria of 225 elderly patients with chronic diseases;Since the establishment of "community of elderly patients with chronic diseases of remote health education needs questionnaire" by the 2 survey tool,the questionnaire is divided into three parts:general information,a survey;two,the community health education demand of elderly patients with chronic diseases;three,elderly patients with Yuan Chengjian disease chronic health education kap;3 investigation methods cluster sampling of communities,one to one anonymous questionnaire survey;4 statistical methods of Excel 2007 data entry,data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software,using frequency,mean and standard deviation were analyzed using chi square test,single factor and multi factor Logistic regression analysis of factors related to the statistical data,the test level of alpha = 0.05,P<0.05 had statistical significance.Results:1 the health education needs of the elderly patients with chronic diseases are higher overall,and the health education content of the disease prevention,rehabilitation and risk factors is higher,reaching 75.2%,74.7%,70.4% respectively.71.5% people are willing to try to use mobile phone,computer and other health education to understand the disease related knowledge,more than the traditional.Paper media and face-to-face consulting professionals.2 sex(P=0.000),age(P=0.000),educational level(P=0.000),living mode(P=0.0001)month income(P=0.036),religious belief(P=0.006),disease seed number(P=0.005)have significant correlation with the knowledge level of long distance health education;age(P=0.000),sex(P=0.010),and educational level(P=0.00)5),living style(P=0.000),monthly income(P=0.000)have significant correlation with the belief level of distance health education;age(P=0.016),monthly income(P=0.000),disease number(P=0.001)and long distance health education have significant correlation.Conclusion: 1 the needs and contents of health education for elderly patients with chronic diseases have changed.2 the knowledge level of the distance health education can be further improved and the belief level of the distance health education is more difficult in the short term.The elderly patients with chronic diseases have a good behavior of long distance health education.3 medical staff,family caregivers and related departments should improve their belief level on the premise of popularizing the related knowledge of long distance health education for the elderly patients with chronic diseases,and promote the formation of correct behavior ability.
