Research On Matching Method Of Medical Service Supply And Demand Considering Patients' Satisfaction

With the development of social economy and the rapid growth of population aging,the management of medical service operation has become a hot research topic.Demand for healthcare has risen sharply in the past few years,which is one of the direct causes of hospital overcrowding.Congestion often leads to increased mortality,traffic delays,treatment delays,patient loss,and wasted money.Crowded patients along with limited medical service resources in hospitals considered to be a global problem,affect the quality of medical services and reduce the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.The matching of medical service supply and demand is an important issue in medical operation management.Finding a suitable matching between patients and healthcare service providers can not only improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment,but also improve patients' satisfaction.In recent years,hospital overcrowding and its negative impact on healthcare have attracted increasing attention.In order to mitigate the adverse effects of overcrowding,some studies have focused on improving the quality and efficiency of medical services,while seldom studies have considered the satisfaction of patients and providers.Therefore,to analyze the matching problem of medical service supply and demand,and to give a solution to the characteristics of this problem,not only has important theoretical value,but also has certain practical significance.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)This paper analyzed the research problem of the matching of medical service supply and demand and put forward the theoretical research framework of the matching problem of medical service supply and demand according to the characteristics of the decision-making problem.Specifically,the research object of the matching problem of medical service supply and demand was clarified firstly,and the main characteristics of the matching decision of medical service supply and demand were analyzed.Then,a formal description of the matching of medical service supply and demand was made,and the matching of medical service supply and demand was extracted.Finally,the paper put forward a theoretical framework for the research of the relevant decision-making methods.(2)Based on the matching decision problem of medical service supply and demand considering the patients' satisfaction,the matching decision method of medical service supply and demand was put forward.Specifically,in the face of large number of patients,the use of knowledge rules will divide patients with the same disease characteristics into the same classes.Then,the level of expectation of each group and the evaluation level of the medical service provider were compared,and the satisfaction of patients was calculated using the utility theory.Finally,a two-stage decision-making method based on optimization model is proposed for the matching of medical service supply and demand.(3)In this paper,a multi-objective optimization model was established to solve the problem of matching decision-making of medical service supply and demand considering the patients' satisfaction,and an ordered weighted average non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm ?(OWA-NSGA-?)was designed to solve the model.In order to realize the optimization of matching between patients and medical service,this model makes every effort to meet patients' satisfaction,makes the number of the treated patients as much as possible,and makes the medical service workers' workload balanced as much as possible.In this paper,the proposed theoretical framework and decision-making method can solve practical problems in health service supply and demand matching decision to a certain extent,at the same time,can be extended to the decision problems with service matching supply and demand characteristics in other fields.The decision-making method presented in this paper provides a reference for the relevant research of the matching decision-making problem of medical service supply and demand in the aspects of methodology as well as practical application.
