Objective:In this study, the results of research and literature survey, based on quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, aimed at understanding the health administrative departments, awareness of continuing medical education activities of health units object distance continuing medical education, the degree of satisfaction demand status, evaluate the quality of medical education continuing remote, remote province summarize the status of continuing medical education needs and problems, and the corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the efficiency and quality of distance continuing medical education.Methods:Literature:SEE WHO and national official website, CNKI, VIP, CBMdisc and PubMed databases, understand remote continuing medical education and research methods research progress at home and abroad, master remote continuing medical education-related policy documents.Questionnaire:A stratified random sampling method,11City, Zhejiang province-site survey, by city, county, township four levels of sampling, taking into account the distribution of the professional, according to the unit medical, prevention, care, the proportion of medical technology personnel, administration and other stratified sampling.Methods:Using Excel summary statistics, using SPSS17.0data descriptive statistical analysis.Results:Zhejiang Province remote continuing medical education in the form of well-developed, in2011to participate in continuing medical education were often remote31763people,2012people participated in distance continuing medical education number46,460people, in2013the number of people participating in distance continuing education53945people. Health workers at all levels of participation in continuing medical education activities with greater differences in basic knowledge and basic skills,70,522times,53.4%of the total number; the relevant laws and regulations and technical specifications,15,363times,11.6%of the total number of times; new technology the new method,30,095times,22.8%of the total number of times;12.2%of medical humanities and management expertise,16,188times the total number of times; health workers involved in remote continuing medical education level of different importance that remote continuing medical education is very necessary there are2036people, accounting for74.0%of the total; considers it necessary to have607people, accounting for22.1%of the total; see no need to have128people, accounting for4.7%of the total. Statistical analysis units at different levels of health technicians to remote awareness of the need for continuing medical education statistically (x2=29.184, P<0.001). Continuing medical education in remote areas to carry out the content is still the basic theory and basic skills-based, inadequate medical humanities and management knowledge to carry out;In all answers personnel, the impact of health personnel to attend the most important factors of continuing medical education for remote access inconvenience625people,28.8%of the total number; participate in the most important factors that affect the distance continuing medical education for the higher cost of253people, accounting for11.7%of the total; the most important factors to continue to participate in the remote medical education activities do not understand there are249people, accounting for11.5%of the total; participate in the most important factors that affect the distance continuing medical education for professional project counterparts less449people, accounting for20.7%of the total; the main influence continues to participate in remote medical education factors other factors have127people, accounting for5.9%of the total. Internet inconvenience, project counterparts and less is the impact of health professional and technical personnel to participate in distance continuing medical education are two main factors that are restricting the current remote continuing medical education healthy and sustainable development of the "stumbling block."Conclusion:What are the existing basis to further regulate the development of the province’s remote continuing medical education, this study suggests that it should proceed from the following aspects to solve:(1) continue to further improve the development of distance education;(2) to further enhance understanding, strengthen leadership, and create remote continue the development of a favorable environment for medical education;(3) the demand for different health workers, the establishment of a multi-level remote continuing medical education system;(4) consider the multi-channel funding to ensure that remote sustained and healthy development of continuing medical education;(5) further standardize the management, expand areas of co-ordinate the development of distance continuing medical education.
