Situation And Influencing Factors Of Medical Demand And Satisfaction Degree Of Inpatients With Breast Cancer

Purpose:This study aims to understand the Changchun City hospital care needs of patients with breast cancer and demand satisfaction, analyze the impact factors for breast cancer patient care needs and meet the demand, and to explore possible solutions to meet the health care needs of patients, provide the basis for health education.Method:This study was drawn in 2015 in Jilin Province Tumor Hospital, 8 to 12 months,Jilin University, the first and second breast surgery hospital treated 233 cases of breast cancer patients as research subjects. Standardization adopted in 2011 Li Ling and other preparation of the "breast cancer patient care demand list," and on this basis,with the preparation of the entry of "health care needs of breast cancer patients satisfaction scale" investigation. Application SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis of the collected data. With frequency, percentage, `x±S deviation for breast cancer patients general information descriptive analysis; single factor affecting patient care needs and demands satisfaction of breast cancer were analyzed using chi-square test, multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.Result:1. Breast care needs of patients hospitalized at the middle level, each of the scores in the order of: environmental needs, disease knowledge needs, emotional needs and knowledge requirements. Hospital care to meet the needs of breast cancer patients in the low degree level, scores of each in the order of: the environment,emotions, knowledge and knowledge of the disease.2. Univariate analysis showed that age, education level, family structure, age of illness, family residence, number of hospitalizations were factors in breast cancer patients in hospital care needs and demands satisfaction degree.3.Multivariate analysis showed that age, education level, number of hospitalizations, family residence, family structure is a factor patient care needs,education, family residence and family structure is the health care needs of the patient satisfaction factor factor.Conclusion:1 Breast cancer care needs of patients hospitalized at the middle level, the health care needs of the low level of satisfaction in both the patient compared to some gaps in the knowledge of the disease, the environment, and emotional needs met.2 Factors that affect the health care needs of patients for age, education level,number of hospitalizations, family residence, family structure, affect the health care needs of patients satisfaction factors as education, family residence and family structure.3 To develop standardized and personalized health education strategies based on different characteristics of the patient, and to take a different mode of health education to improve the health care needs of patient satisfaction.
