Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Damp - Heat Syndrome With Gouty Arthritis By Water Dispersion And

Purpose: To observe the curative effect of Shuitiao San combined with Kebigutai Tablet in the treatment of damp and hot accumulate knot type acute gouty arthritis.Through comparing the difference of the the serum uric acid and the scores of symptoms and signs between the prior-treatment and post-treatment, to explore the mechanism of Shuitiao San and Kebigutai Tablet in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Material and method:Collecting 32 cases of damp and hot accumulate knot type acute gouty arthritis through the outpatient department,treated by the combination of the Shuitiao San and Kebigutai Tablet for 7days.To observe and record the serum uric acid and the scores of symptoms and signs between the prior-treatment and post-treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate was 93.75%.It shows that the treatment plan in the research was effective.2. It showed a significant difference between the prior-treatment and post-treatment,which has has statistical significance(P<0.05).It means that the treatment plan can alleviate the patients’ suffering for the acute stage.Among them,the most obvious improvement effect on the treatment is the redness and swelling of joints.3.The differences of the SUA level between the prior-treatment and post-treatment were no significant(P>0.05).The treatment plan wasn’t be good therapeutic effect for decreasing the SUA.Conclusion:The way of Shuitiao San combined with Kebigutai Tablet in the treatment of damp and hot accumulate knot type acute gouty arthritis has significant effect on improvement of the symptoms and signs between the prior-treatment and post-treatment.It can can help the patients to relieve suffering.Also,it is helpful for the uric acid treatment in the following remission.What is more,the side effect of the treatment is smaller than western medicine treatment.The preparation has good clinical effect, and worth of recommendations to clinical use.
