Evaluation Research Of Chinese Medicine Diagnosis And Treatment Programs Of Hypertension In Department Of Cardiology In 2015

Purpose:This topic mainly collected hypertension cases of hospitalized patients from heart medicine of our hospital heart disease data in 2015,retrospectively study and summary the syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and curative effect.We evaluate the clinical application of TCM diagnosis and treatment of hypertension worked out by the Department of heart disease in our hospital,and provide a basis for optimizing our hypertension with TCM diagnosis and treatment plan.Method: I collect all hypertension cases of heart medicine in our hospital in 2015,and record patients' gender,age,TCM syndromes,complication,the symptoms compare be tween the Hospital admissions and hospital discharge.Summary and induction recorded data,In the end,the results are obtained by applying statistical knowledge.The results c alculated using the SPSS19.0 the software of data processing systems.mainly through r ank sum test,to evaluate diagnosis and treatment plan of TCM about hypertension in our hospital heart medicine.Result: In 351 cases of the object of study,men accounted for 43.59% and 158 cases,women accounted for 56.41% and 193 cases.The majority of patients is between 60 to 69 years.the most common is level 3 hypertension,frequency as high as 80.34%.The main basis of TCM syndrome types of the patients is phlegm and blood stasis,and 168 cases,accounting for 47.86%.There was no significant difference between TCM syndrome type and gender distribution,and age distribution difference.Between 50 and 69 yeas of age,the age of the patient with the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is more and more,70 and 79 years of age is the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.According to Judgment standard of blood pressure effect,in 42 cases of simple systolic hypertension,the treated efficience is 100% of patients,the step-down success rate is 83.33%.The total effectiveness of treaement in 351 cases was 96.30%.According to syndromes of traditional chinese medicine,the effective rate is 96.30%.Conclusion: Through this retrospective study,we csn see that adoption rate of the treatment program in our hospital is moer than 65%.the prescriptions recommended for treating hypertension by regulations of diagnoisis and therapy is more than 75% effecttive.Combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of Western medicine treatment is a unique advantage of our department for treatment of hypertension.there is a significant therapeutic effect on the symptoms of the disese.The data can be seen from our hospital in 2015 on the whole of the treatment program execution and good.Achieved considerable effect,it is worth promoting the application in the future treatments.
