Auricular Pressure Assisted Clinical Observations, Thanks To New Ketone Treatment Of Essential Hypertension

Objective:To observe the Clinical Resea rch on the Effect ofNifedipine Com bin ing Auriculo-acu pu nctu re Treat ing EssentialHypertension .Methods: The stud y adopted strictly designed ra ndom com pa risonmethod. 33 cases was selected in both treatment grou p according tothe strict sta nda rd of diagnosis .To observe the patients'pretreatmentand post-treatment cha nges in clinical sy mptoms ,bloodfat, APR and ATII.Results: 1)The effective power of treating grou p is 76.7%,andthe control grou p is 28.1%.There is rema rkable difference betweenthe two grou ps (P<0.01) .2)The results of clinical observation madeclea r that in treatment grou p there were 30cases, among themclinical control 6 cases, very effect 16 cases, effect 5 cases,inefficacy 3 cases, total effective rate was 90.0%；in controlgrou p there were 32 cases, among them 4 cases, 10 cases, 7 cases, 11cases, 65.6 % respectively ,w hich showed that XIA OZHIH UGA N ca psule ismuch su perior to Ga n- Le ta blet in im proving the clinicalsy mptoms(P<0.01).3)The post-treatment the scores of sy mptoms inboth grou ps was significa ntly red uced tha n pre-treatment(P<0.01)；and the scores of sy mptoms of treatment grou p was lower tha ncontrol grou p(P<0.01).4)Both the treating grou p and the controlgrou p ca n decrease the level of TC, TG, LDL in blood ,and thetreating grou p also ca n raise the level of HDL.The treating grou phad better efect tha n the control grou p(P<0.01或P<0.05). 5)Thepost-treatment average values of Renin and ATII in both grou ps weresignifica ntly red uced tha n pre-treatment values(P<0.05 or P<0.01)；and the average values of treatment grou p was lower tha n controlgrou p( P<0.05).Conclusions: Red uc ing the dose to 50 percent with thecom bination of Auriculo-acu pu nctu re ca n control blood pressu reunder the normal ra nge. The effective power of treatinggrou p(76.7%)is much su perior to the control grou p(P<0.01)；Both th etreating grou p and the control grou p ca n im prove patients'clinicasy mptom effectively . The effective power of treating grou p is90.0%, and the control grou p is 66.7%.T he treating grou p had betterefect tha n the control grou p( p<0.05)；Both the treating grou p and the control grou p ca n regulate the level of blood fat , Renin andATII .The treating grou p had better efect tha n the controlgrou p(p<0.05) .
