Kidney And The Pulse Of The Community Hypertension Treatment Curative Effect Evaluation: Ambulatory Blood Pressure Research

Objective: Based on the three of three certificates Zhuan Bing academic ideas,evaluation of kidney and pulse combination drug therapy for elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension(ISH)24 h ambulatory blood pressure levels and the effect of optimization scheme for treatment.Selection methods: Using multicenter clinical trial study,selection of level 1 and level 2 isolated systolic hypertension,with or without urinary microalbuminuria(MAU)positive,screening in cases of kidney deficiency syndrome were randomized grouping,double-blind controlled study.The procedure was followed by two weeks of introduction,24 weeks of double blind treatment,and 12 months of open follow-up(observation).In non-drug treatment + joint treatment,on the basis of the control group treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)placebo from Fried particles,the experimental group using pulse side kidney and avoid Fried particles symptomatic treatment.All subjects were monitored for 24 h blood pressure during the period of introduction,the visit of 12 weeks,and the dynamic blood pressure machine at 24 weeks.All the medical record data input electronic CRF,establish Zhuan Bing diagnosis database,entrust a third party data management,statistical tests using SPSS17.0 software,FAS,PPS analysis for data analysis,inspection level(alpha)at 0.05.Results: 24-hour blood pressure load analysis: FAS analysis results show that the supervision of 8 24-hour systolic blood pressure load difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01),visit there was no statistically significant difference between the group 1(P >0.05);The difference between diastolic and diastolic load groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Circadian rhythm efficient analysis: FAS analysis results show that the circadian rhythm in group A and group B efficient were 78.02%,74.45%,respectively,by the chi-square test,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P >0.05).Conclusion: kidney and pulse parties allied with chlorine,and maleic acid amlodipine on the basis of antihypertensive drug therapy in reducing the SBP and narrow PP and so on all have obvious advantages,can effectively improve the success rate,blood pressure patients with isolated systolic hypertension significantly improve 24 h blood pressure circadian rhythm,nocturnal systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure drop rate is also improved obviously,there will be a greater benefit.
