Purpose:Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, starting from the comparison of the curative effect of warming acupuncture combined with western medicine therapy and simple western medicine therapy in the treatment of hypertension with blood stasis and blocking collaterals, this paper evaluates the clinical curative effect of this trial by observing the total clinical effective rate, the overall syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine, the score of each symptom of traditional Chinese medicine and the effective rate of clinical hypotension. It provides scientific basis for the formulation of the best clinical treatment plan for blood stasis and collateral obstruction hypertension.Material and method:Sixty cases of hypertension with blood stasis and collateral obstruction were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each. The treatment group(n = 30)was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine, while the control group(n = 30)was treated with western medicine alone for 6 weeks.Observation: before and after treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndromes, the overall syndrome score of TCM,the score of symptoms and clinical effective rate of TCM,and the effective rate of clinical hypotension were improved in the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Clinical observation on treatment of Hypertension with Blood stasis and collateral obstruction by warming Acupuncture and moxibustion.2.After treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the data were statistically significant(P <0.01),suggesting that warming acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment is superior to western medicine alone in improving the effective rate of clinical syndromes.3.After treatment, the improvement of the overall syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the data were statistically significant(P < 0.01),suggesting that warming acupuncture combined with western medicine is superior to western medicine alone in improving the overall syndrome of blood stasis and blocking collateralshypertension.4.After treatment, the six single symptoms of vertigo, head tingling, dark face and lip, insomnia, aggravation at night(P < 0.01)and palpitation(P < 0.05)in the treatment group were statistically significant compared with those before treatment. In the control group, vertigo, head tingling pain(P < 0.01)and palpitation(P < 0.05)were statistically significant compared with those before treatment.Compared with the control group, the treatment group had statistical significance in the treatment of vertigo, head tingling, dark face and lip purple, insomnia(P < 0.01)and palpitation(P < 0.05).It was suggested that warm acupuncture combined with western medicine was superior to western medicine alone in improving the five symptoms of vertigo, head stinging pain, dark face and lip purple, palpitation and insomnia.5.After treatment, the total effective rate of vertigo, head tingling, dark face and lip, palpitation, insomnia and nocturnal aggravation in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01),suggesting that the total effective rate of the above six items in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.6.After treatment, both the treatment group and the control group could reduce blood pressure, and the data were statistically significant(P < 0.01),suggesting that both groups were effective. Conclusion:Warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients,at the same time, warming acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in improving the syndrome of hypertension with blood stasis and blocking collaterals, greatly reducing the pain of patients, improving the quality of life of patients, and providing a new, effective and feasible method for clinical treatment of hypertension with blood stasis and blocking collaterals. |
