| Objective: in the three party special disease based on academic thought,by studying the effects of Bushen Hemai Fang on blood pressure and consulting room,evaluate its effect on isolated systolic hypertension,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of Bushen Hemai and TCM treatment of hypertension,improve the quality of antihypertension.Methods: a prospective multicenter clinical trial,completely randomized,placebo-controlled,double-blind method,selecting 1 and 2 isolated systolic hypertension subjects,will be screened with kidney deficiency syndrome were randomized controlled double-blind randomized study.According to the introduction period of 2 weeks,double blind treatment period 24 weeks,open follow-up(observation)12 months of process treatment,and fill in the medical records.The experimental group was treated with non drug treatment plus combined antihypertensive treatment + Chinese herbal medicine for tonifying kidney and pulse,and the control group was treated with non drug treatment plus combined antihypertensive treatment plus Chinese medicine placebo without decocting granule.All subjects underwent three consulting room blood pressure measurements before each trial.All the medical records were input into electronic CRF,and a special database for diagnosis and treatment was set up.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results: in the contraction of blood pressure increase,the control group and the experimental group from 0-24 weeks were decreased,and the test group decreased than that of control group,starting from the 8 week the difference between the two groups was significant difference between the control group and the experimental group at about 10 mm Hg.At 24 weeks,there was no significant difference in SBP level and group difference between the control group and the experimental group(P<0.05).In the diastolic pressure drop,the control group and the experimental group at 0,4,8 and 12 weeks showed a downward trend,the difference between the groups did not change significantly(P>0.05).In the amplitude of pulse pressure decrease,8 weeks later,the control group PP showed an increasing trend,the experimental group PP showed a narrowing trend,and at 12 weeks there was statistical difference(P<0.05),and the difference continued to 24 weeks.The systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure compliance rate were 42.86% and 74.45% in the control group and the experimental group respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the systolic blood pressure efficiency,the systolic blood pressure efficiency of the control group and the experimental group were 39.56% and 72.26%,respectively.The chi square test showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: for the treatment of senile ISH,comprehensive therapy of Bushen Hemai and in the fall in systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure drop and stability,stability,systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure,systolic blood pressure standard rate of efficiency with better curative effect. |
