Purpose: The research content of this topic belongs to the clinical research of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Dermatology,the purpose is through the clinical curative effect of pyropuncture therapy treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness eczema,Confirm the clinical efficacy and safety of pyropuncture therapy treatment of eczema,to provide a new way for the treatment of eczema,and to explore the mechanism of pyropuncture therapy in theory.The nature of the clinical efficacy studies.Method: Observation of 60 patients with clinical diagnosis of blood deficiency and wind dryness eczema diagnostic criteria,using a random number table,randomized,patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group(30 cases),the treatment group received pyropuncture therapy after treatment,the control group was given acupuncture treatment.Thirty days for a course of treatment,were treated with one-two courses.Results: This subject demonstrated through clinical observation,treatment group were cured,8 cases(26.7%)were cured,13 cases(43.3%),effective in 5 cases(16.7%),4 cases(13.3%),the total effective rate was 86.7%;control group cure five cases(16.7%)were cured,10 cases(33.3%),6 cases(20%),ineffective in 9 cases(30%),the total effective rate was 70%.After statistical analysis,P <0.05,there are differences between the two groups,fully confirmed the efficacy of pyropuncture therapy treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness eczema,significantly better than the control group was given acupuncture treatment.Conclusion: The clinical observation studies show,pyropuncture therapy treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness eczema efficacy,and it is worthy to extensive.
