Two Ginseng Xinyi Granule On Senile Allergic Rhinitis(Lung And Spleen Deficiency) Clinical Study

Purpose:Through the use of Professor Yang Lihua to experience two ginseng Magnolia Granule on senile allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen deficiency)patients,to observe the clinical efficacy,safety and efficacy of objective evaluation of two ginseng Xinyi granule in the treatment of elderly allergic rhinitis,and the mechanism of the influence from the discussion of the theory of Chinese medicine treated elderly patients of allergic rhinitis.Method: According to traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnostic criteria and inclusion and exclusion criteria selected elderly patients with allergic rhinitis with lung and spleen deficiency,using the method of randomized,divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases respectively,the treatment group was given two Xinyi ginseng granules orally,150 ml each time washing clothes,2 times a day.The control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets orally,10 mg each time,once a day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observe the changes of TCM syndromes in the two groups before and after treatment,according to the criteria of TCM syndrome curative effect,draw the corresponding data,and then evaluate the clinical curative effect of the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Result: After statistical analysis,the treatment group and the control of TCM syndrome total score,turbinate hypertrophy group before treatment(P > 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.36 cases in the treatment group before treatment,TCM syndrome total score was 18.78±4.25,1.94±0.79 points total turbinate hypertrophy;36 cases in control group before treatment,the TCM syndrome total score was 18.33±2.75,1.86±0.80 points total turbinate hypertrophy.36 cases in the treatment group,after treatment of TCM syndrome total score was 4.92±4.27,0.58±0.69 points total turbinate hypertrophy;36 cases in the control group,after treatment of TCM syndrome total score was 9.81 ± 4.98,0.75 ± 0.69 points total turbinate hypertrophy,through the analysis of the TCM syndrome total score and total turbinate hypertrophy integral control group better than the control group;the total effect of TCM treatment group total effective rate was 83.3%;36 cases in control group,the total effective rate was 72.2%,difference after treatment(P < 0.05)were statistically significant,so after a comprehensive analysis,the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion: Through the analysis of experimental results,proved that oral administration of two Magnolia granule in the treatment of elderly and allergic rhinitis results significantly,especially in the improvement of clinical symptoms such as runny nose,stuffy nose and turbinate hypertrophy,the treatment group effect is relatively better,and in the course of the study,there were no adverse reactions,and verify the safety of this drug.
