Effects Of Compound Xinyi Nasal Drops On CD34~+Cells And Eosinophils In The Peripheral Blood Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To investigate the effects of Compound Xinyi nasal drops on CD34+cells andeosinophils in the peripheral blood of allergic rhinitis patients.Methods:76patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups in random.38cases were treated by Compound Xinyi nasal drops,and the others were treated bywestern medicine azelastine as control group.3weeks as for a treatment.Beforetreatment and after one course of treatment,the patients were drawn a course ofperipheral blood to measure the expression levels of CD34+cells and EOS.In the sametime,we separated a group of healthy controls (10cases).Results:The CD34+cells and EOS in peripheral blood were significantly reduced by thetreatment of the Compound Xinyi nasal drops and azelastine,and compared with thepre-treatment,that had statistically significant(P<0.05);Two indicators were notdifferences in pre-treatment(P>0.05),and after the treatment,they were also nosingnificant differences(P>0.05);Compared with the healthy control group,thedifferences both Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group in pre-treatmentwas significant(P<0.05),and after the treatment,they had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The result suggested that Compound Xinyi nasal drops can inhibit theexpression of CD34+cells and EOS.It can eliminate the nasal local inflammation andedema,and can improve immune function, it has no toxicity,as a safe and effectivetreatment method,it can be used as a new means of treatment of Allergic Rhinitis.
