Objective:In this study,the nursing staff of a general hospital in Changchun City was selected as the research object.The self-rating scale of nursing staff was used as the research tool to understand the scientific research ability of nursing staff in a hospital in Changchun City.At the same time,(The age,nursing age,title,education,department,training situation,etc.)on the scientific research ability of nursing staff,and then put forward targeted solutions to improve the level of nursing staff to provide a reference,at the same time,And provide some basis and reference for the research and comparative analysis of related research.Methods:This study has extensively reviewed the research and development of nursing research,scientific research ability and nursing staff,and provided the theoretical basis and reference for the research.A total of 547 questionnaires and 504 questionnaires were sent to the nursing staff of a general hospital in Changchun City.The questionnaire was used as the research tool.The main contents of the survey include: the basic information of nurses and the research ability of nurses(scientific research ability to six dimensions as the carrier : problem discovery ability,literature review ability,scientific research design ability,scientific research ability,data processing ability,thesis writing Ability),and analysis of the basic information of nurses on the humanistic scientific research ability of nursing staff score.In this study,we use Epidata3.0 to double the data and establish the database,and use SPSS 20.0 for data processing and analysis.The variance analysis and other statistical methods,the use of LSD method to compare the two to P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant,and then in-depth analysis and comparison of nursing staff research capacity.Results:1.The survey results show that 32.1% of the 150 research subjects participated in a research training each year,43.7% had more than three times a year of research training,and the percentage of participants who participated twice and three times a year was 16.7 % And 7.5%,showing a bipolar trend;in the case of leadership support,the vast majority of nursing staff(69.4%)participate in scientific research can be supported by the leadership,and not only the proportion of 3.8%.2.The results of the survey showed that among the scores of the "problem-finding ability" dimension of the nursing staff,the highest score was "when the problem was encountered in the nursing work,often looking for the theoretical basis"(2.60 ± 0.98),the lowest score was "(2.38 ± 1.02);in the "literature review ability" dimension score,the highest score is "often through the Internet search professional information"(2.61 ± 1.00),the score(2.02 ± 1.12);in the score of the "Scientific Design Capability" dimension,the highest score is "able to determine the scope of inclusion of the study"(2.12 ± 1.11),the highest score is "(1.98 ± 1.14).In the dimension of "scientific research ability",the highest score is "scientific research practice,we can consider ethical problems"(2.26)in the "scientific research practice" ± 1.11),the lowest score is "the development of nursing research program"(2.13 ± 1.11);in the "data processing capacity" dimension of the score,the highest score is "positive(2.20 ± 1.15),the lowest score is "to meet the nutritional needs of patients"(2.08 ± 1.14);in the "writing ability" dimension of the score,the highest score is "normative refinement of the paper keywords "(2.19 ± 1.16),the lowest score is" normative writing papers "(2.10 ± 1.18).There were 84(26.7%)in the low level group,267(53.0%)in the middle level group and 153(30.4%)in the high level group.Among the 504 subjects,the score of "problem discovery ability"(62.75%)was the highest,followed by "literature review ability"(58.15%),"scientific research ability"(54.79%),Writing ability "(53.63%)," data processing capacity "(52.17%)," scientific research design ability "(51.60).3.The age of caregivers is the influencing factor of humanistic care ability,and male nurses are significantly lower in "instilling beliefs and hopes","helping to solve basic living needs","health education" and "overall score of humanistic care" In the female nursing staff(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The nursing staff's nursing age is the influencing factor of scientific research ability.In the dimension of "problem discovery ability",the nursing staff of the nursing group in the age group for more than 20 years score greater than 1 to 5 years,6-10 years old age group,In the "literature review ability" dimension of 1-5 years of age group score greater than 6-10 years,11-15 years of age group;in the "scientific research ability" dimension,more than 20 years nursing group score is greater than all other Nursing group,the difference was statistically significant.The degree of "research ability" is higher than that of the college group and the college group."Data processing capacity" and "paper writing ability",the undergraduate and above group is higher than the college group;in the "scientific research ability total score",the undergraduate and above group is greater than the college group.The title is also one of the factors influencing the scientific research ability of the nursing staff.In the "problem discovery ability" dimension,the deputy director of the nurse and above is higher than the nurses group,the nurse division manager nurse,in the "scientific research ability" dimension,deputy director Nurses and the above group higher than the nurses group,nurse division in charge of the division,in the "paper writing ability" dimension,deputy director of the nurse and above were higher than the other group,the total score is higher than other groups.The impact of training opportunities on scientific research capacity,in the six dimensions of scientific research ability and scientific research ability score,one year training three times more than the group and one year training group scores were higher than one year training group,the difference was statistically significance.The results showed that among the nursing staff of different job groups,the "problem discovery ability" and "literature review ability","writing ability" and "scientific research ability"(P <0.05).The higher the support degree,the higher the scientific research ability of the nursing staff.Conclusions: 1.Nursing staff research capacity was generally medium level,but the difference between individuals is very large,part of the nursing staff score is low,there is still a larger room for improvement.2.Among the six scientific research competencies,the statistics of the nursing staff and the statistical knowledge of the software are relatively low and need to be improved.3.Age,nursing age,education,training opportunities and support for nursing staff have the impact of scientific research capabilities.4.The level of scientific research ability of nursing staff in the top three hospitals needs to be further improved,Nursing managers need to carry out targeted,comprehensive and systematic measures on the basis of grasping the basic situation of scientific research ability of nursing staff,from scientific research training,team building,Foreign exchange and other ways to enhance the level of scientific research ability of nurses.The results of this research have showed that the total score of the humanistic care ability of nursing staff at the 3 first level hospitals in Qigihar was(128.78 ± 2.31),which is in the middle level.But there still has room for improvement about the nursing humanistic caring ability.
