| Objective:Build nursing scientific research ability evaluation system and determine the index weight,and build the evaluation index of investigation of Lanzhou city 3 armour hospital nursing staff at the provincial level scientific research ability,find out the advantage and the deficiency existing in nursing scientific research ability development,in order to carry out nursing scientific research ability education training provides the guidance,to improve nursing scientific research ability of scientific and feasible countermeasures are put forward.Methods:(1)On the basis of literature analysis and group discussion method,Delphi method process was used to construct the value index system of nursing staff’s scientific research ability and calculate the index weight coefficient;(2)Questionnaire was prepared according to the constructed index scoring standard,and480 nursing staff from four Grade A hospitals in Lanzhou were selected by convenience sampling method for questionnaire survey,and the survey data was statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results:(I)In the construction of the evaluation system of nursing staff’s scientific research ability,this study invited a total of 18 experts to conduct E-mail consultation.The recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100% in both rounds,and the expert authority coefficient(CR)was 0.89 and 0.90,respectively,indicating that the experts applied theoretical basis and practical experience in the selection of indicators.The variation coefficient of expert opinion was less than 0.25,and the expert harmony coefficient W was 0.232 and 0.341,respectively(P<0.001),the above indicators indicate that the survey results of the expert inquiry letter are credible and reasonable,and the indicators pass the consistency test.The evaluation index and the weight coefficient of each index were established in the study.The scoring system of the index included 6 first-level indexes and 30 second-level indexes.(2)There were 350 nursing staff with low level(0-40 points),accounting for 79.7%,89 nursing staff with medium level(41-80 points),accounting for 20.3%,and 11 nursing staff with high level(81-120 points),accounting for 2.5%,in the provincial-level Grade A hospitals of Lanzhou.The overall scores ranged from 5 to 106,with an average of 38.94±1.87.The score of problem-finding ability ranged from 2 to 12 points,all of which were 2.06±0.62 points.The score of scientific research and design ability index ranged from 2 to17 points,with 1.28±0.66 points for all.The score of communication and cooperation ability ranged from 2 to 12 points,with 1.72±0.17 points.Data processing ability index scores ranged from 0to 20 points,with all scores being 1.51±1.06 points.The scores of literature application ability index ranged from 0 to 12 points,with 1.62±0.85 points.The scores of research report writing and submission ability ranged from 0 to 18 points,with an average score of 1.22±1.11 points.There are differences in the scientific research ability of nursing staff in different educational background,professional title and job groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the scores of scientific research ability of nursing staff in different ages have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Delphi method and AHP were used to construct the evaluation system of the nursing staff’s scientific research ability,and the results ensured the scientific nature,objectivity,operability and rationality of the weight of the index system.This index system can objectively evaluate the scientific research ability of nursing staff.(2)The overall level of the scientific research ability of the nursing staff in the Grade A hospitals of Lanzhou is not high and the individual differences in the scores of the scientific research ability are large;It is suggested that administrators should set up nursing research advanced courses and set up nursing research teams in order to motivate nursing staff to carry out nursing research effectively. |
