Study On Evaluation Of Scientific Research Ability Of Zhejiang Oriental Hospital

On the basis of referring to the relevant research literature and based on the actual scientific research situation of Zhejiang Oriental Hospital,this paper carries out two rounds of questionnaires for 30 experts,and makes a statistical analysis of all the recovered expert opinions and suggestions.The evaluation index system of scientific research ability of Zhejiang Oriental Hospital was established.By using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper gives weights and points to the indexes of the index system of scientific research ability of Zhejiang Oriental Hospital,and makes a logical consistency test.Finally,a comprehensive,scientific and operational evaluation index system for scientific research capability is established,which includes 11 first-level indicators,33 second-level indicators and 61 third-level indicators.It provides a practical and effective evaluation method for evaluating the achievement of annual scientific research ability or evaluating the difference of scientific research ability among different hospitals.Furthermore,the index system is applied to the evaluation of scientific research capability of Zhejiang Oriental Hospital in 2016-2018.The comprehensive status quo and changing trend of hospital scientific research capability are analyzed,and the deficiency of scientific research ability is clarified.On this basis,the countermeasures to improve the scientific research ability are put forward.
