Effect Of Zusanli Acupoint Injection Of Mecobalamin On Lower Limb Function Of Ischemic Stroke Patients

Objective By giving the patients with ischemic stroke for acupoint injection of mecobalamin for 2 weeks,the aim is to effectively integrate acupuncture,acupuncture point and medicine,to investigate the effect of acupoint injection of mecobalamin rehabilitation therapy on ischemic stroke patients' lower limb neurological function,motor function and activities of daily living,in order to provide a simple,standard and effective method for the clinical and community.Methods According to the diagnosis,inclusion,exclusion criteria,in thisstudy,a total of 60 patients with ischemic stroke were selected from the inpatient department of encephalopathy in a 3 A hospital during December 2015 to August 2017,they were randomly divided into test group and control group(30 cases each),control group received routine treatment and nursing of stroke,on this basis,the test group is to increase the bilateral Zusanli acupoint injection of mecobalamin treatment,once a day,continuous 14 days after the injection to observe the lower limb nerve function,Activities of daily living and motor function of two groups of patients before and after intervention,the data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the effect of this therapy on lower limb rehabilitation in patients with stroke.Results1 Baseline comparisonBefore the intervention,the general information of two groups of subjects(such as gender,age,occupation,education,hemiplegia,etc.)and the basic clinical data(course of disease,drug use)were collected and compared by baseline,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.The neurological function,motor function and activities of daily living in the lower limbs were compared between the two groups before the intervention,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2 Comparison of neurological deficits in lower limbs(1)Comparisons between groups:the results showed that the scores of lower limb neurological deficits in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparisons within group:the scores of lower limb neurological deficits in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Comparison of lower limb motor function(1)Comparisons between groups:the results showed that after the intervention,the patients in the test group simplified the Fugl Meyer motor function,that is,the FMA(lower limb)score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparisons within group:The comparison between the two groups showed that after intervention,the scores of FMA(lower limb)were higher than those before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Comparison of activities of daily living(1)Comparisons between groups:Between the two groups,the results showed that the daily living ability Rating Scale(MBI)of the text group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparisons within group:the scores of MBI(lower limb)in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1 Acupoint injection Mecobalamin method and simple conventional stroke therapy,both can effectively reduce lower extremity nerve function defect,improve the patients with ischemic stroke patients with lower limb motor function and improve the activities of daily living of patients,both groups have better curative effect.2 Acupoint injection of mecobalamin and simple conventional stroke therapy,the utility model can improve the nerve function defect of the patients with ischemic stroke,play the nutrition nerve,improve the circulation,and protect the rehabilitation effect of the brain.3 Compared with acupoint injection method and Mecobalamin simple conventional stroke therapy,the former can improve the lower limb motor function in patients with ischemic stroke,and promote the rehabilitation of lower limb.4 Compared with acupoint injection method and Mecobalamin simple conventional stroke therapy,the former can improve the activities of daily living and improve the quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke.
