Objectives:To observe the effect of acupuncture on GB41 and the crossing point of Belt Vessel combined with Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture on lower limb motor function in patients with acute hemiplegia after ischemic Stroke,so as to provide more clinical options and clinical basis for improving the lower limb motor function of patients with ischemic stroke acute hemiplegia by acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods:From May 2019 to February 2020,60 patients with lower limb motor dysfunction due to acute ischemic stroke and hemiplegia were included in the acupuncture and moxibustion department of the second affiliated hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group. All included patients received conventional neurological treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on GB41 and the crossing point of Belt Vessel combined with Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture.Once a day,5 days for a course of treatment,a total of 4courses,each course of rest for 2 days.Patients' lower limb motor function(FMA scale),balance function(BBS scale),daily living activity ability(MBI scale)and walking ability(FAC scale)were evaluated before and after treatment. All adverse events in patients during the study were recorded for safety evaluation. All data were first recorded by Excel software, the database was established, and then SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.In the course of the study,2 patients failed to complete the treatment due to various reasons, including shedding cases, and were not included in the statistical analysis. As a result,58 patients,29 patients in the treatment group and 29 patients in the control group, were finally observed.2.Compared with baseline before treatment, there was no significant difference in age, gender, course of disease, affected side, daily living activity(MBI),lower limb motor function(FMA),walking ability(FAC)and balance function(BBS)between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that the patients in the two groups were relatively comparable and could be studied clinically.3.Before treatment, the comparison between the treatment group and the control group of lower extremity motor function(FMA),balance function(BBS),activities of daily living(MBI),walking ability(FAC)and other scales, after statistical analysis(P<0.01).The difference was not statistically significant, suggesting that the two groups of patients are highly comparable and clinical research is possible.4.Before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant in comparison of FMA,BBS,MBI,FAC and other scales in the treatment group(P<0.01).Comparison of FMA,BBS,MBI and other scales in the control group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The FAC scale of the control group was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results indicated that both the treatment group and the control group could significantly improve the lower limb motor function, balance function, daily living activity ability and walking ability of the patients5.After treatment,FMA,BBS,MBI,FAC and other scales were compared between the treatment group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results indicated that the improvement of lower limb motor function, balance function, daily living activity and walking ability in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.6.In the course of the study, although 2 patients had a slight adverse reaction(hematoma),they did not withdraw from the clinical study.By applying sterile cotton swabs to the pinhole to compress hemostasis and promote the absorption of hematoma, such phenomenon did not occur again after the treatment.Conclusion:1.Both of the two treatment schemes can improve the lower limb motor function and balance function of patients, and improve the walking ability and daily living activity ability of patients.2.The clinical effect of acupuncture on GB41 and the crossing point of Belt Vessel combined with Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture is better than Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture alone, which is beneficial to the recovery of lower limb motor function.3.It is safe to use the clinical effect of acupuncture on GB41 and the crossing point of Belt Vessel combined with Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture, with no serious adverse reactions, which is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
