Observation On The Efficacy Of Electronic Twister On Brain Combined With Limb Electroacupuncture Agtagonism In Lower Limb Spasm After Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of head electronic twirling needle instrument combined with limb electroacupuncture antagonism in lower limb spasm after ischemic stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with lower limb spasm after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.According to the guidelines,the two groups of patients received conventional basic drug treatment and rehabilitation training.On this basis,in terms of acupoint selection,the scalp acupoints and body acupoints of these two groups were the same.The control group was treated with scalp needle combined with limb electroacupuncture antagonism,with the therapy group treated with head electronic twirling needle instrument combined with limb electroacupuncture antagonism.We observed the changes in MAS and FMA as well as BI score before and after 14 days treatment in the two groups,and then compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Result:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,the side of lower limb spasticity,MAS,FMA and Bi scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.There was significant difference in MAS,FMA and Bi between and in the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group(head electronic twirling needle instrument combined with limb electroacupuncture antagonism)was 86.7%,and the control group(scalp needle combined with limb electroacupuncture antagonism)was 80.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions:1.Both head electronic twirling needle instrument combined with limb electroacupuncture antagonism and scalp needle combined with limb electroacupuncture antagonism can be able to decrease muscle tension,enhance lower limb function and recover daily life ability in patients with the lower spasm limb after ischemic stroke.2.The scores of MAS,FMA and BI indicate that electronic twister combined with limb electroacupuncture antagonism is much better than scalp needle combined with limb electroacupuncture antagonism treatment alone in evaluating patients’ knee joint muscle tension,lower limb function and daily living ability.
