Massage Joint Integrated Therapy For Ischemic Stroke Lower Limb Muscle Tension Higher Clinical Research

Objective:to observe the treatment of ischemic stroke lower limbs massage joints increased muscle tension clinical effect.Methods:ischemic stroke have lower limb spasticity of 60 patients were randomly divided into group and control group,30 cases, each group, including experimental treatments are routine system drugs, acupuncture, massage in the treatment group with joints of therapy is general system of medicine, acupuncture treatment. Application of improved Ashworth Fugl - assessment standards, Meyer movement function (lower limbs) scale and clinical neurological defect of patients before and after treatment project assessment, and to compare the two methods therapeutic effect.Results:(1) Ashworth grading evaluation, and the lower level after treatment spasm after treatment with control group for comparison, between groups (P<0.05), and a statistically significant, tip the curative effect than control group. (2) Fugl - Meyer pointrating method to assess movement function points, lower after the treatment group were compared between groups after treatment, P <0.05), and the was statistically significant, tip the curative effect than control group. (3) clinical neurological defect after treatment with control experimental treatment after comparison between groups P<0.05, a statistically significant, tip the curative effect than control group.Conclusion:(1)Two kinds of treatment of ischemic stroke increased muscle tension after lower limbs are curative effect.(2)The curative effect of experimental group than control group.
