ObjectiveAccording to the Chinese medicine theory connotation and TCM nursing operation, the study makes a contrastive analysis about the effects of the specific acupoint and muscle belly Chinese medicine iontophoresis on the base of routine nursing on the limb dysfunction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke patients, and explores the curative specific effect of Chinese medicine iontophoresis to provide reference and data support for the formulation and innovation of clinical nursing intervention measures.MethodsThis study selected 90 patients which were in stroke recovery period and met the inclusion criteria from 2014 March to 2015 March in Harbin City, a third grade class-A hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Randomly assigned to control group (only routine nursing group), muscle belly group (on the base of routine nursing care, the Chinese medicine iontophoresis electrode pieces were placed muscle belly), specific acupoint group(on the base of routine nursing care, Chinese medicine iontophoresis electrode pieces were arranged in the given acupoint areas). The three groups were strictly intervented according to their respective nursing program, Chinese medicine iontophoresis once daily, every time 20 minutes, the intervention time of three groups are 15 days. The related indexes were evaluated before and after the intervention. Data input SPSS statistical software for collection and analysis, statistical tests were two-sided test, the test level a=0.05, P<0.05 for differences with statistical significance.Results1 The degree of neurological impairment score:after different clinical measures, the difference among the three groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multiple comparisons showed that the pairwise differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the score difference of the control group patients before and after the intervention was not statistically significant (P>0.05) and the others were statistically significant (P<0.05).2 Motor function and muscle strength assessment:there were statistically significant differences among groups after the intervention (P<0.05), multiple comparison, the differences of the control group and the muscle belly group, the control group and specific acupoint group were statistically significant (P<0.05), strength level score comparison among three groups after the intervention was statistically significant (P<0.05), multiple comparison, differences of the control group and the muscle belly group, the control group and the specific acupoint group were statistically significant (P<0.017), but muscle belly group and specific acupoint group had no significant (P>0.017); the control group motor function difference before and after intervention was statistically significant (P<0.05), and not statistically significant in muscle strength (P>0.05), the motor function and muscle strength scores differences of the muscle belly group and specific acupoint group before and after the intervention were statistically significant (P<0.05).3 Abilities of the daily life and quality of life:to compare the quality of life and of Barthel index scores, except for the Barthel index scores of the control group, the differences of the three groups before and after the intervention were statistically significant (P<0.05); after the intervention, the Barthel Index scores were statistically significant among groups (P<0.05), multiple comparison showed that differences of the control group and the muscle belly group, the control group and the specific acupoint group were statistically significant (P<0.05), but the muscle belly group and the specific acupoint group had no significant(P>0.05); about the quality of life and the dimensions, only family activities, language, emotion, social activity differences among groups were statistically significant (P<0.05), multiple comparison results showed that the difference of the control group and the specific acupoint group was statistically significant (P<0.05), differences of the muscle belly group and the specific acupoint group in the emotional dimension and social dimension were statistically significant (P<0.05) and the control group and the muscle belly group differences only showed a significant difference in the dimension of language and family activities(P<0.05).4 Psychological indicators:the differences of self-efficacy, symptom management self-efficacy and general management self-efficacy scores, among groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Multiple comparison results show that differences of the control group and the muscle belly group, and the control group and the specific acupoint group were statistically significant (P<0.05), but no significant between the muscle belly group and the specific acupoint group (P>0.05); after the intervention, the scores of the economic burden among groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), the other groups’differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), multiple comparison results showed that differences of the control group and the muscle belly group, and the control group and the specific acupoint group were statistically significant (P<0.05), but no significant between the muscle belly group and the specific acupoint group (P>0.05); comparisons before and after the intervention among the three groups in each group were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion1 The special acupoint area Chinese medicine iontophoresis on the base of routine nursing care is helpful for improving the degree of nervous function defect of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke recovery period patients with limb dysfunction.2 The special acupoint area and the muscle belly Chinese medicine iontophoresis are helpful for improving motor function, muscle strength, the ability of daily life and the quality of life of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke recovery period patients with limb dysfunction.3 The special acupoint area and the muscle belly Chinese medicine iontophoresis are helpful for improving self-efficacy and self perceived burden condition of the patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke recovery period patients with limb dysfunction.
