Warm Acupuncture Treatment Of Yang Deficiency Type Haemorrheological Nature Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Studies

Purpose: This topic through the way of clinical observation,contrast test,the jilin province the first clinical hospital of traditional Chinese medicine academy of sciences,acupuncture and massage section of outpatient with Yang deficiency type haemorrheological nature arthritis of knee osteoarthritis patients,randomly divided into two groups,one group for the treatment group,another group as control group.Observe the clinical effects of two groups in their treatment of the disease,to verify the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of knee osteoarthritis,safety and adverse reactions,and establish its advantages in the treatment.Method: With the method of random grouping,60 patients with into standard sufferings by sequence and random points in the treatment group and control group,treatment group 30 cases of patients,patients with the control group 30 cases.Two groups all take the same acupoints,tu PI,knee in eye,cranes,gb 34,blood,knee to rise.Control group choose pure acupuncture method.Treatment group,in the control group treatment on select tu PI wen acupuncture with inside knee eye acupuncture point.Two groups of patients with 1 times/day,each time retaining needle time for 30 minutes,15 times for a period of treatment,after a judge curative effect after a course of treatment.Through the pain VAS scores before and after treatment,the knee joint osteoarthritis symptoms hierarchical quantification integral situation,Chinese medicine symptom classification statistics,quantitative score changes after a series of data processing and analysis,finally come to the conclusion.Result: Pain VAS score comparison,two groups of VAS score respectively before and after treatment comparison have significant difference(P < 0.05);After treatment,the treatment group VAS score VAS score lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Knee osteoarthritis symptoms hierarchical quantification integral comparison,two groups of knee joint osteoarthritis symptoms hierarchical quantification integral compared respectively before and after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05);After treatment,the treatment group knee osteoarthritis symptoms hierarchical quantitative score significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).TCM symptom classifying quantization integral comparison of two groups of TCM symptom classifying quantization score compared before and aftertreatment had significant difference(P < 0.05);After treatment,the treatment group of TCM symptoms hierarchical quantitative score lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical studies have shown that acupuncture in the treatment of Yang wen haemorrheological nature is an effective type of knee osteoarthritis.Able to significantly improve the level of pain in patients with curative effect,relieve symptoms,improve the patient’s activity,has the characteristics of safety and high maneuverability,not observed adverse reactions,in clinical patients get the praise,has certain advantages,can be preferred.
