Clinical Observation Of Yang Deficiency Harming Type Of Knee Osteoarthritis With The Fire Needle And Warm Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect between fire needle and warm acupuncture in the treatment of Yang deficiency Hanning type of knee osteoarthritis,to provide new methods of disease treatment.Method : 60 cases met the inclusion criteria of knee Osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency Hanning type were randomly divided into two groups of 30-fire needles and warm acupunctures,Both of the two groups chose the same acupoints to treated.The patients in fire needle group are treated on alternate days and in the warm acupunctures group are treated once a day.Two weeks for a period of treatment,a total of 2 course of treatment.Patients of two groups were evaluated by VAS and WOMAC score before and after treatment.Meanwhile,every cases were evaluated on the curative effect after treatment.Result:The total effect of two groups was both improved.The different between two groups was significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had a total effective rate of 93.33%,and surpassed the controlled group which total effective rate of 83.33%.The VAS and the scores of clinical symptoms and signs between two groups before treatment was no significant(P>0.05)?For both the fire and warm group,there is significant statistical evidence to suggest that there was a positive improvement before and after treatment VAS and WOMAC scores.That two groups in improving the patients' pain,morning stiffness,daily activity degree has obvious therapeutic effect,Also is compared between two groups after treatment group with statistical significance,In improving the disease,relieve patients' pain,morning stiffness,daily activity and so on,Fire needle group curative effect is superior to the warm needle groupConclusion:Fire needle therapy with warm needle therapy can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms with knee Osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency Hanning type,It has obvious effect in relieve patients' pain,reduce the degree of joint stiffness,improve the function of daily activities,etc.Fire needle therapy is superior to the warm needle therapy.It Is a safe,effective and worth popularization of treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
