| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Tai Yi moxibustion in the treatment of wind cold dampness type KOA(early metaphase),and explore an effective treatment for it.Methods60 patients from January 2017-January 2018 foshan traditional Chinese acupuncture and orthopaedic clinic KOA patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Taiyi needle acupuncture too b moxibustion)and control group(acupuncture),two groups of 30 cases each.Both of the selected points were:local acupoints(calve nose,inner knee,three li,Yin ling spring,yangling spring),and far way(kunlun,taixi,sanyin,hanging zhong).Operation method of treatment group: the patient was tell to supine,fully exposing double lower limbs,meridians and near the skin on the patients with their own hands after routine disinfection,then take Taiyi needle acupuncture,nourishing flat retaining needle for 20 minutes after much air purging gimmick,pull out the needle to swab pressure pinhole moment at the same time,again too b moxibustion therapy,moxibustion,shi will too b anchor at one end of the burning,burning it with ordinary gauze layer 7,at the end of the immediately pressed on the acupoints moxibustion,moxibustion ironing,cold,again before ironing,so effect iron with acupuncture and moxibustion near warm ruddy.Control operation method: the acupuncture and treatment group were the same,and then the needle placed on the needle handle with the lighted column of aizhu,and the needle is left to burn,and the needle is pressed and pressed for a moment.The above treatment regimen was treated 2 times a week for 4consecutive weeks.During the string,WOMAC score and measurement of knee flexion were evaluated before and after treatment.Results1,on two groups of the patient’s gender,age and course of the disease were statistically analyzed,P values were > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.2,before the treatment,WOMAC was used between the integral and total group and the comparison between groups knee flexion degree,And the P values were >0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.3.Before and after treatment of WOMAC total and knee flexion,the P values were all <0.05 with statistical analysis,and the difference was statistically significant.4.After treatment,the total score of WOMAC and the total group were compared.With statistical analysis,P values were all <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the knee flexion group,with statistical analysis,P values were all <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionIn treating knee joint osteoarthritis,Taiyi needle acupuncture moxibustion therapy and acupuncture treatment are effective,but the Taiyi needle acupuncture and moxibustion therapy was better than the other groups,especially in the aspects of improving knee joint pain,stiffness the degree of daily activities,the difficulty and increase the degree of knee flexion,etc. |
