A Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy (Qi-Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) With Self-made Neck Bi Soup

Objective : The purpose of this project is to observe and study the application of the self-made neck bi Soup to patients with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(Qi-stagnation and blood stasis type),comparing with the oral Chinese traditional patent medicine neck pain granules,for evaluating the patient's symptom improvement and the life quality improvement,trying to find a safer and more effective treatment for the patients in the early and mid-term to benefit the patient population and guide the clinical treatment.Method:Selected 72 Patients from the Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(Qi-stagnation and blood stasis type)from Sep.2016 to Jan.2018,randomly divided into two groups: treatment groups 36 cases and control group 36 cases,two groups were all treated for two courses,lasts 2 weeks for a course.The treatment group was treated with self-made neck bi soup(the same batch of free frying granules provided by the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine pharmacy).In the control group,the neck pain granules(provided by the pharmacy of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)were used for oral treatment.Carefully and conscientiously observed the improvement of symptoms in each group during the treatment and was followed up visit one month later.Through VAS,NDI score,clinical curative effect and improvement situation,the treatment group and control group were evaluated for efficacy,and analysis and comparison were made to evaluate validity,safety and scientificity.Result: The scores of TCM syndrome scores were statistically analyzed.There was a significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores after treatment between the two groups of patients,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)?VAS score: The VAS scores of two groups compared with each other before and after the treatment,showing significant differences within the groups(P < 0.05),and showing an available comparison between groups before the treatment(P > 0.05).It also shows there was no significant differences between treatment group after the treatment(P > 0.05).NDI score:showing an available comparison between groups before the treatment(P > 0.05),and therewas no significant difference between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).Efficient: treatment group 94.44%,91.66% in the control group.The effect of the treatment group was slightly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Clinical trials have shown that both self-made neck bi soup and neck pain granules are effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(Qi-stagnation and blood stasis type),but the cure rate of the self-made neck bi soup group is superior to that of the neck pain granules group.This experiment has found a good way to better treat cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(Qi-stagnation and blood stasis type),and has enriched the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(Qi-stagnation and blood stasis type).
