| Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(CSR)which belong to Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type by comparing with the simple cervical vertebra traction.Observation,recording,evaluation and analysis of the changes about observed indexes before and after treatment in the two groups.Evaluate the effects of the medthod that XiangBiShuJin Decoction combined with Cervical vertebra Traction which was used to treat disease of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(CSR),at the same time study and evaluate the mechanism of action and therapy effect features of the comprehensive treatment.As a result of providing the theoretical and scientific basis for safely and effectively using in clinical practice.Methods:According to the contents of this research,combined with the inclusion criterion,the patients were chose from the Orthopedics and Traumatology Centert in He'nan Province Hospital of TCM,who all were suffered the CSR,time ranged from March,2016 to January,2017.According to the inclusion and exclusion criterion strictly,70 cases were selected.Randomly divided them,by the time when then came to the clinic,into two groups as treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.Patients in treatment group were treated with XiangBiShuJin Decoction combining with cervical pillow-jaw belt traction;while the control group were only treated with cervical pillow-jaw belt traction.As the treatment of cervical traction,let every patient keep 30min/times,1 time every other day,and kept traction for 15times(30 days).In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medicine therapy,the XiangBiShuJin Decoction were all fried by the medicine room of the He'nan Province Hospital of TCM,one bag of medicine is fried into 400ml,and packaged200ml per bag.1 bag once time,twice a day,took it warmly at the time 0.5h after meal,kept this 30 days.The indexes about clinical curative effect,arch-roof distances on cervical X-ray,TianzhongJingjiu Scores,symptoms and signs scores of CSR,and the changes of symptoms and signs were all observed,recorded and gathered statistics Before treatment and at the end of treatment.Payed attention to observe and record all the changes.Compared,analyzed and evaluated the clinical comprehensive curative effect of the two methods to treat CSR which belong to Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type.Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups:in the treatment group there were 9cases clinical cured,22 improved,4 no cured,total effective rate was 88.57%.While,there were 7 clinical cured,16 improved,12 no cured in the control group,the total effective rate reached 65.71%.The Fisher's Exact Test as the result of?~2-test showed double-side P=0.044(P<0.05),which mean that the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.Both of the two treatment methods had therapeutic effect on CSR,and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.The two groups'comparative analysis results of symptoms and signs scores of CSR and TianzhongJingjiu Scores:There were both no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while when compared,the after-treatment indexes of which were significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05).It showed that the two kinds of therapy both had therapeutic effects on CSR.The differences of before and after treatment were also statistically significant(P<0.05),that showed the observed indicator as the improvement of patient related clinical signs and symptoms,other aspects of life and work effect in treatment group were better than the control group.When compared within groups,the changes of self-signs before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,the changes after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical signs and symptoms of the two groups were improved after under treatment.When referred to the changes of clinical signs,the treatment group was better than the control group.The data comparison about arch-roof distances on cervical X-ray:comparison within each group,the P-score both less than 0.05,with statistical significance,showed that both of treatment methods had certain effect on improving the cervical curvature.Comparison between the two groups,before and after treatment,the results of two groups of analyzed the arch-roof distances showed the P-score both greater than 0.05,which had no statistical significance.It showed that the arch-roof distances indexes of the two groups,before and after treatment,had no significant difference.To sum up,the two kinds of treatment have certain improvement effect on cervical physiological curvature,but there was no significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:When compared with the group which were only treated with cervical pillow-jaw belt traction,The method of XiangBiShuJin Decoction combining with cervical pillow-jaw belt traction can be more effectively improve observation indexes and the clinical symptoms and signs of CSR,also can better improve the clinical curative effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It provided an effective method for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. |
