The Study Of How Baduanjin Intervene The Nurses Sub-health Condition

Objective: This study aims to survey nurses in a hospital in Inner Mongolia Hulun Buir area of sub-health status,understand the influencing factors of nursing personnel in the region of sub-health state;and then by using the method of experiment,selected from 95 nursing staff in the sub-health state as the test object,for a period of 16 weeks of eight section brocade exercise,intervention the effect of eight brocade to nursing staff of sub-health.Method: There are 659 nurses who will accept the research,meanwhile,we choose 95 sub-health nurses as our researches and divided them at random.47 of them are members of Control Group,which don't intervene the experiment,the rest of them belong to Experimental Group,which involved in baduanjin.The two groups were compared according to the whole scores at the 8 week and the 16 week of the four following things: physiological sub-health,mental sub-health,social sub-health and sub-health.Results: There are 792 research papers which were sent out,659 of them were given back,the giving rate reaches up to 83.20 percent.According to the research 73.60 percent belong to sub-health,44.44 percent are female and 74.41 are male.Therefore,we can conclude that the mainly factors are age,sex,degree of education,years of working,the title of a technical post and employment form.Especially the female nurses aging 26~30,who are undergraduate course,have been working for6~10 years,who have a bad healthy condition,and they have got a low score in comparison.The experimental group eighth weeks intervention psychological sub-health and sub-health score compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);the experimental group intervention sixteenth weeks of physical sub-health,psychological sub-health,social health and sub-health score compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The total detection rate of sub-health among nurses in this area is 73.60%,and the detection rate of sub-health in women is higher than that in males.2.Age,sex,degree of education,years of working,the title of a technical post and employment form are main factors to sub-health.3.Baduanjin has the obvious improvement function to the nursing staff's Sub-health state.
