Sub-Health Status And Its Influencing Factors For Nurses In A City's Hospitals

ObjectiveTo study the sub-health status and its influencing factors of nursing staff in different levels of hospital.To provide relevant basis for intervention measures and improve sub-health status of nursing staff in the future.MethodsBy using a stratified random cluster sampling method,the first time a total of 1000 questionnaires are determined according to the research needs,the number of selected research object three grades in the hospital were randomly selected to approximate 1:1:1,three in grade 2 hospitals in a city hospital,the hospital will be divided into internal medicine,surgery,special department(including emergency room,operation room,ICU),according to internal medicine,surgery,Department of special research object about the proportion of 1:1:1 in the Department as a sampling unit for random cluster sampling,all the nursing staff in the Department of pumping were involved in the investigation,until the pumping enough amount of samples.A survey was made to investigate the health status of 1000 subjects,and from personal factors,family factors,social factors and work and so on four aspects of the causes of sub-health Logistic analysis for single factor and multiple factors.Results1.A total of 1000 questionnaires were sent out,960 of which were recovered,and the recovery rate was 96%.37 questionnaires were cancelled due to unstandardized answers,and 923 valid questionnaires were collected,with a pass rate of 96.15%.Among them,there were 316 hospitals in grade three,289 in two hospitals,and 318 in first class hospitals.The subjects included 13 male nursing staff and 910 female nursing staff,with age range from 20 to 55 years,with educational background including secondary school,college,undergraduate and above educational background.The title of the title includes four titles of nurse title,nurse professional title,supervisor's title,director nurse(including deputy director nurse)title,and select the job positions including bed nurses.The three class nurses and administrative nurses had three jobs,and selected the departments of the investigation subjects including the emergency room,ICU(intensive care unit),surgery,internal medicine and operation room.2.Sub-health status of the subjects:the results of the survey showed that 840 of the nurses were in sub-health,accounting for 91.01%,and 523,244 and 64 of the severe,moderate and mild sub-healthy persons,respectively,63.33%,29.05%and 7.62%,respectively.The sub-health status of the three level hospitals is:first class hospital 318,two level hospital 289,three level hospital 316 people,occupy 34.45%,31.31%,and 34.24%,respectively.3.The distribution characteristics of the sub-health status crowd:among the factors such as sex,age,title,education,job and working department,the difference of sub-health status of the subjects of different ages,titles and jobs was statistically significant(P<0.01).The sub health age distribution characteristics of the subjects showed that the sub health proportion of the subjects under the age of 30,30-39,over 40 years old were respectively in the sub health status,87.85%,91.80%,93.40%were all in the sub health status,and the distribution characteristics of the sub-health status of different professional titles showed that the research objects of the secondary,primary,intermediate and advanced grades were in the research objects.The proportion of the sub health status were 83.10%,94.52%,93.10%and 84.62%,respectively.The sub-health distributioncharacteristics of the research subjects in different jobs showed that among the nurses in the beds,three classes and the administrative posts,the proportion of sub-health groups was 90.53%,91.60%and 78.89%,respectively.4.The relationship between social factors and sub health status of research subjects:related factors mainly include three aspects of social factors of life,social factors of work class and social factors of family.The influence of the social factors on the sub-health status of the nursing staff is high,and the results are F=22.79,P<0.001.It can be seen that there is a statistical difference between the social factors of life and the influence of the life class on the sub-health status condition of the human body,and the results of the influence of the two factors are compared and analyzed.It is found that the statistical analysis of two states and health states of severe sub-health and moderate sub-health is statistically significant.The results are P<0.05.In addition,in the analysis of mild,moderate,and severe sub-health of three levels,the impact of the social factors of life style among the three were P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The influence of the social factors on the sub-health status of the nursing staff is high,and the results are F=22.04,P<0.001.It can be seen that there is a statistically significant difference between the social factors of the working class and the influence of the working factors on the sub-health status of the human body,and the results of the influence of the two factors are compared and analyzed.It is found that the statistical analysis of two states and health states of severe sub-health and moderate sub-health is statistically significant.The results are P<0.05.In addition,when analyzing the mild,moderate,and severe sub-health status of three degrees,the difference between the three groups was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Family social factors do not have statistical significance for three degrees of mild,moderate and severe sub-health care.After analyzing the influence of family factors on the sub-health status of the human body,the comparative analysis of the results of the two factors can be found that the difference in the influence of two states of severe sub-health and mild sub-health is statistically significant P<0.05,with significant difference.5.The correlation between psychological factors such as self affirmation,depression and anxiety and the sub-health status of the subjects:the self affirmative psychology of the nurses will affect the sub-health status of the nurses,and the different self affirmative psychology has a difference in the influence of sub-health status,and this difference also has statistical significance(F=22.05,P<0.001).The depression of the nursing staff has an impact on its sub-health,and the effects of different depressive psychology on sub-health are different,and this difference is also statistically significant(F=75.11,P<0.001).The anxiety of the nurses will affect the sub-health status of the nurses,and the effects of Different Anxiety Psychology on sub-health state are different,and the difference is also statistically significant(F=87.25,P<0.001).6.The statistical analysis results of social support factors such as subjective support and support utilization were statistically significant(P<0.05).The shadow of social supportConclusion1.As can be seen in the survey,the sub-health rate of the nurses themselves is over 90%;2.Nursing staff have a large influence on the age,title and position.Among them,the more serious nursing staff of sub-health are in the 30 to 50 years old,the supervisor nurse and the bed nurse;3.In terms of social factors,life behavior and work have the greatest impact on the health condition of nursing staff.From the individual's influence factors,the psychological factors such as anxiety,depression or self-affirmation can have a great impact on their sub-health.From the perspective of the influence factors of protection,the nursing personnel can actively face their work in the face of subjective support and support and utilization,and their sub-health conditions will be greatly affected.
