Effect Of Health Education Based On Health Quotient With Baduanjin To Patients Of Drug Treatment With Coronary Heart Disease On Quality Of Life

ObjectiveUsing of health education based on health quotient with Baduanjin to intervene patients of drug treatment with coronary heart diease.Improving the quality of life for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods1.To choose 80 cases of drug treatment patients with coronary heart disease from April 2017 to December 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Two wards were randomly selected in cardiovascular medicine and the two wards were distributed on different floors.Cardiovascular ? ward was an experimental group and cardiovascular ? ward was a control group.80 cases in the study were divided into experimental group and control group.The treatment group and control group intervention time were intervened 3 months.Control group patients were implemented routine system health education and discharge guidance by responsible nurses during hospitalization.Patients did not participate in group exercises.Patients in the experimental group were given health education based on health quotient with baduanjin except for receiving routine disease care.Inviting professional instructor to learn Baduanjin.Group exercising for 7 days and 60 minutes every day until the patients master the basic essentials.Patients in the experimental group Practiced Baduanjin 4 times a week and the time is 30-40 minutes.Patients in the experimental group were educated by health education based on health quotient 4 times a week and the time was 15-20 minutes.The anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),coronary heart disease knowledge questionnaire,health quotient and the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were used to evaluate the changes of the quality of life before and after the intervention in both groups.2.80 patients were investigated by using questionnaires.The two groups were collected at the time of admission,1 month after admission and 3 months after discharge.The quality of life of the patients was evaluated by the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),coronary heart disease knowledge questionnaire,health quotient,the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36).3.First collect data,and using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software to process the data,test level is 0.05and the following statistical methods are mainly used:?2 test,two independent t test,descriptive statistical analysis.The data of normal distribution were tested by two independent samples t-test.For non-normal distribution of measurement data and rank data,and the Mann-Whitney U rank test in non-parametric statistical method was used(the statistic Z).Results1.The difference was statistically significant in the CHD Related Knowledge among patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05),and it is increasing trend that is the CHD Related Knowledge score(P<0.05).There was statistical significance of the CHD Related Knowledge score(P<0.05).2.The difference was statistically significant in the Anxiety score among patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05),and it is decreasing trend that is t the Anxiety score(P<0.05).3.The difference was statistically significant in the health quotient cases among patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05),and it is increasing trend that is the health quotient scores(P<0.05).There was statistical significance of health quotient score(P<0.05).4.The difference was statistically significant in the quality of life score among patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05),and it is decreasing trend that is t the quality of life score(P<0.05)including Emotional function and Physiological function.ConclusionHealth education based on health quotient with Baduanjin can effectively improving the overall quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease drug treatment.Health education based on health quotient with Baduanjin is beneficial to the prognosis of coronary heart disease and is worth using in patients with coronary heart disease of Rehabilitation care.
