Study On Psychological State And Sleep Quality Of Patients With Drug-resistant Hp Infection By Baduanjin

Research purpose1.1.Through the investigation of the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in patients with stomach discomfort,the mental health status and sleep quality of patients;To further understand the state of mental health and sleep quality of drug-resistant Helicobacter pylori patients.2.Baduanjin was used in patients with drug-resistant helicobacter pylori,to explore the clinical effect of baduanjin on improving their mental health status and sleep quality,so as to provide new nursing methods for patients with drug-resistant helicobacter pylori.The research methods This study is divided into two parts.1.Investigation and analysis of the present situation of gastric discomfort patients:using 13 C urea exhalation test,Kessler10 scale,PSQI scale questionnaire survey method to conduct mental health status,sleep quality multiple factors linear regression analysis.2.Patients with drug-resistant Helicobacter pylori were divided into control groups(N= 30)and research groups(N = 30)using random numbers.The control group used regular health education and distributed knowledge manuals.The research group gave eight sections of health interventions based on regular health education and knowledge manuals for a period of three months.Before and after the intervention,patients were evaluated using the Kessler10 scale and the PSQI scale.Objective evaluation of intervention results.The results of the study1.Status survey results: multiple linear regression analysis was conducted for patients with gastric discomfort: mental health status and sleep quality were correlated with current Hp infection,food and spicy taste,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid regurgitation,heartburn,belching,gastrointestinal symptoms severity and frequency of gastrointestinal symptoms,P?0.05,which was statistically significant.2.The results of the intervention study: There was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients 'general data and the scores of each scale(P>0.05),which was comparable.By comparing the total score of Kessler10 and PSQI of the control group and the research group,the total score of the PSQI scale was reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05),but the change of the research group was more significant.The total score of Kessler10 after the intervention of the research group was divided into 11.83±1.662 points.Reduced by 7.67 points from baseline level.After the control group intervened,the total score of Kessler10 was divided into 15.86±0.345,which was 3.47 points lower than the baseline level;After the team intervened,the total score of PSQI was divided into 7.30±1.417 points,which was 5.6 points lower than the baseline level.After the control group intervened,the total score of PSQI was divided into 10.10±1.493 points,2.43 points lower than the baseline level,and P?0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion1.Mental health status and sleep quality were related to the current Hp infection,food and spicy,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid regurgitation,heartburn,belching,gastrointestinal symptoms severity and frequency of gastrointestinal symptoms.2.Uninfected Helicobacter pylori patients have better mental state and sleep quality than first infected Helicobacter pylori patients.Patients with drug-resistant Helicobacter pylori infection have poor mental health and low sleep quality.2.Octagonal brocade can improve the mental health and sleep quality of drug-resistant Helicobacter pylori patients.
