Clinical Observation Of Longdan Xiegan Decoction In Treating Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis

Objectives:By observing the therapeutic effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis after 3 courses,study the advantages of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis,and make full use of the holistic and dialectical view of Chinese medicine The advantages of the diagnosis and treatment thinking of Chinese medicine provide a new clinical treatment idea and method for the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From June 2020 to December 2020,40 patients who were diagnosed with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis in the Outpatient Department of the Second Department of Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included,aged 18-50 years old.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group with 20 cases in each group by using Excel.The control group was treated with Relinqing Granules;the treatment group was treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction.All were treated for 3 courses,3 weeks as a course of treatment.Observe and record the clinical effective rate of the two groups of patients after 3 courses of treatment,chronic prostatitis symptom score index(NIH-CPSI),chronic non-bacterial prostatitis,damp-heat stasis TCM syndrome score,the number of patients with uncomfortable symptoms during the observation period in the two groups.All data were analyzed using SPASS25.0 statistical software,and P<0.05 was considered as the difference,which was statistically significant.Results:1.Both groups can improve the patient’s NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndrome score,and the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the treatment group,3 cases were cured(15.00%),10 cases were markedly effective(50.00%),4 cases were effective(20.00%),3 cases were ineffective(15.00%),and the total effective rate was 85.00%;the control group cured 1 case(5.00%)%),4 cases were markedly effective(20.00%),10 cases were effective(50.00%),5 cases were ineffective(25.00%),and the total effective rate was 75.00%.The clinical treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the individual scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were tested by two independent samples.Among them,post-urinary drip,P>0.05,was not statistically significant.For the other symptoms of TCM,P<0.05,which is statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Both Longdan Xiegan Decoction and Relinqing Granules can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis;the former is more effective in clinical treatment than the latter,safe and effective,with less adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.2.Longdan Xiegan Decoction Modified and Relinqing Granules are all effective for post-urinary dripping,frequent urination,urgency,dysuria,perineal swelling,pain,burning urethra,cloudy urethra,wet scrotum,short urine,etc.The symptoms of TCM have been improved.There is no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups except for urine drip.For other TCM symptoms,the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.
