The Effects Of Happy Family Cognitive Training For Patients With Vascular Cognitive Impairment

Objective Vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)is a major types of syndrome,the cognitive impairment is characterized by or associated with vascular factors,may occur alone or in combination with Alzheimer's disease(AD).VCI is a chronic progressive disease,from mild cognitive impairment to dementia.Happy family cognitive training is a rehabilitation treatment,which is the happy factor as the premise,the family as the unit and cognitive rehabilitation training as the main content.This study was to explore the curative effect of happy family rehabilitation treatment for vascular cognitive impairment,thus providing convenience?practical and effective methods of rehabilitation for patients with vascular cognitive impairment.Methods 90 cases were chosen with VCI of patients who were inpatient in Neurology of Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from April 2015 to April 2016.All patients were strictly implemented into groups and exclusion criteria.All patients were randomly divided into happy family treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.Actual completed the hole rehabilitation treatment was 80 cases,including happy family rehabilitation group(group A)of 40 cases,40 cases in control group(group B).The diagnosis of VCI accord with the standard of Guide for diagnosis and treatment of vascular cognitive dysfunction in 2011.Two groups of patients were given routine oral drug treatment and conventional motor function rehabilitation training,on the basis of this happy family treatment group given happy family rehabilitation.Begin and after 12 weeks of treatment,all of the patients of both group were assessed with the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)for comparison.By comparing the statistical analysis of MoCA? ADL scores to evaluate the difference of cognitive function and daily life ability of two groups.Results 1.Comparison of MoCA scores before and after treatment.After 12 weeks,MoCA scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment(tA=15.637,P=0.000;t B=5.994,P=0.000),two groups of treatment can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients.After treatment,the scores of MoCA in happy family treatment group were significantly higher than in the control group,scores of two groups were 20.95±1.358,18.1±1.837,the difference is statistically significant(t=7.891,P=0.000),the improvement effect of cognitive function in happy family treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.Comparison of ADL scores before and after treatment.ADL scores of two groups after 12 weeks treatment were higher than before treatment(tA=15.109,P=0.000;t B=11.195,P=0.000),two groups of treatment can increase the ADL score,and effectively improve the daily life ability.After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of the two groups were 68.30±2.747,65.50±3.030,happy family treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,significant statistical difference(t=4.330,P=0.000),the happy family treatment group improve the daily life ability is obviously better than the control group.Conclusion Happy family cognitive training can effectively improve cognitive function in patients with vascular cognitive impairment,and enhance their ability of daily life.And,it provide new way of thinking to rehabilitation treatment for patients with vascular cognitive impairment...
