Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of finger point combined with individualized cognitive rehabilitation training in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment after stroke(VCI),aiming to provide a more effective and scientific basis for clinical treatment of vascular cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:70 patients with post-stroke vascular cognitive impairment received in our hospital from january 2017 to january 2019 were included in the study,which were divided into control group(n =35)and trial group(n =35)by random number table method.The patients in the two groups were treated with individualized cognitive rehabilitation training.Before and after treatment and follow-up,70 patients needed to collect relevant clinical data and observation indexes.After treatment and follow-up,the patients in the observation group and the control group were compared with P300 measurement of event-related potential before and after treatment,clinical effect,Montreal cognitive assessment scale(Montereyer),activies of daily living(ADL),exercise function scale(Fugl-Meyer),self-assessment scale(Self-rating depression evaluation scale),SDS related cytokines,oxidative changes,stress index and blood rheology index.Results:Moca scores of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,with significant difference(P < 0.05).Moca scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P < 0.05).P300 of event-related potential after treatment was better than that before treatment in the two groups,with significant difference(P < 0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in the determination of P300 after treatment,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The SDS score of the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Moreover,SDS score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P < 0.05).The ADL and fugl-meyer scores of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,with significant difference(P < 0.05).Moreover,the ADL and fugl-meyer scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P < 0.05).In the two groups after treatment in patients with ET-1,Ald,Ang ? cytokines,PRA level are better than the before treatment,statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);And trial group patients after treatment,Ald,ET-1 Ang ? cytokines,PRA level is better than that of control group,difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).After treatment,MDA,SOD,CAT,gsh-px and other oxidative stress indicators in the two groups were better than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Moreover,MDA,SOD,CAT,gsh-px and other oxidative stress indicators in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).After treatment,PCV,FIB,BVL,BVM,BVH and other hemorheological indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Moreover,after treatment,the hemorheological indexes of patients in the test group,such as PCV,FIB,BVL,BVM and BVH,were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29%(33/35),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%(25/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single therapy of cognitive rehabilitation training,finger pointing combined with individualized cognitive rehabilitation training has a more prominent clinical effect on patients with vascular cognitive impairment after stroke,which can improve the cognitive ability of patients,improve their intelligence and enhance their daily life ability.
