Objective To study the differences of cognitive scale and auditory event-related potential P300about vascular cognitive impairment-no dementia patients before and after cognitive rehabilitation training, then further explore the characteristic of the early cognitive function about the VCIND patients and the application value of P300in early diagnosis on patients vascular cognitive impairment.Methods A total of57patients (randomly divided into treatment group and control group) with vascular cognitive impairment-no dementia and30healthy volunteers without cognitive deficits were recruited in this study. All patients received regular rehabilitation therapy and the treatment group added the cognitive rehabilitation training according to the patients’cognitive impairments. Each group received the training60minutes a day respectively, five days per week, for a period of8weeks. Each patient was respectively detected by auditory-P300and scored every item of MMSE, MoCA, BI scale and so on. These measurement indicators were analyzed and evaluated with the factors of age, education, and so on.Results①The VCIND and normal groups were no different in physical data of sex, age, education and so on (P>0.05).There were also no different on the cognitive assessment scale scores and each index of P300wave between treatment and control group (P>0.05).②The P300latency in vascular cognitive impairment-no dementia group was longer than that in normal group before treatment, while the amplitude was lower than normal group(P<0.05), the latency was significant different (P<0.01).The Cognitive Assessment Scale scores of MMSE. MoCA and ADL(Barthel Index) in VCIND group were lower than normal group, while in the respects of name and speech had no significant differences with normal group(P>0.05).③Age was high positive correlation with the P300latency (P<0.05), years of education was negative correlation with it (P<0.05),while MMSE and MoCA scores were negative correlation with the P300latency (P<0.05).After cognitive rehabilitation therapy the P300latency in VCIND group was shorten, the amplitude was heighten (P<0.05), the cognitive scale scores were raisen (P<0.05) and each indicator was more obvious in the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion①The VCIND patients had wide cognitive impairments, especially in the respects of visual space and executive ability, delayed recall, so we should carry out comprehensive evaluation of neuropsychology in early cognitive defects.②P300can objectively reflect early cognitive dysfunction in the vascular cognitive impairment-no dementia patients.③Early cognitive training could better promote cognitive function of the vascular cognitive impairment patients. |
