Clinical Observation Of Tianwangbuxin Dan Combined With Cognitive Rehabilitation Training In The Treatment Of Mild Cognitive Impairment After Stroke

objectiveThis study through the observation of Tianwangbuxin Dan in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction in clinical treatment in post stroke combined with cognitive training,to further explor e the Tianwangbuxin Dan in the treatment of post-stroke cogniti ve impairment(post-stroke cognitive,impairment,PSCI)the the oretical basis and mechanism,to explore a simple and efficient method of comprehensive rehabilitation of traditional Chineseme dicine and Western medicine and,for its popularization and pro vide objective basis.Method Senile dementia in the diagnosis of the State Administratio n of traditional Chinese Medicine published ",syndrome differe ntiation and efficacy evaluation standards" and "stroke diagnos is and efficacy evaluation standards"(two generation standard)as the standard of this research into the diagnosis of traditi onal Chinese medicine,Chinese Medical Association in 2011 prom ulgated the "blood pipe cognitive disorder treatment plan" as t he Western diagnostic criteria of this study.There were 42 pat ients who met the requirements.They were all the patients in t he massage department / rehabilitation medicine / pain department and garden Mountain hospital in the Hubei Provincial Traditi onal Chinese Medical Hospital from May 2015 to October 2016.42 patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction were randomly divided into 2 groups,21 cases in treatment group and 21 cases in control group.The treatment group was given Tianwangbuxin Dan with cognitive rehabilitation training for treatment,the c ontrol group only to cognitive rehabilitation treatment.Using the mini mental state examination(MMSE),Montreal cognitive as sessment scale(Mo CA)and the activities of daily living(ADL)scale as the evaluation index,all patients before treatment an d after treatment scale evaluation score to scale to evaluate t he clinical efficacy of the combination of Tianwangbuxin Dan mi ld cognitive impairment after cognitive rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke.Result a total of 44 cases with the diagnostic criteria of the pat ients,but there have been 2 people since this study exit other reasons in the course of treatment,eventually into the statist ics of patients in the treatment group of 21 cases,21 cases in the control group.The results showed: in the course of disease and age and gender,educational level,no significant differenc e between the two groups of patients before and after treatment the significance(P>0.05),said the two groups of these project s to achieve the basic balance,the result under the influence of these factors may be less.Before treatment,the statistics show:two groups of patients before treatment were evaluated with MMSE scale and Mo CA scale and ADL scale of the three scale.The results showed that the two groups of patients in the four scor e of the total score and the corresponding sub scale scores sho wed no significant difference(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups of patients in the treatment of disease is similar to th at of comparable.At the end of the treatment,the statistics show:(1)the MMSE scale score results showed that after the end of the two groups of patients MMSE score and total score in the immediate memory,memory and computing power,and drawing four items significantly(P<0.01);and the results in the treatment group than the control group.(2)Mo CA score results showed that after treatment of the tw o groups in the total score and attention,visual space and exe cutive ability,the difference was statistically significant an d named four sub delayed memory items(P<0.01),and the treatme nt group than the control group.(3)ADL score showed two groups of patients at the end of tr eatment in total and two sub projects were significantly improv ed compared with before treatment(P<O.01),the treatment group than the control group in the total score and sub project of in strumental activities of daily living(P<0.01)improvement ismo re obvious.In terms of safety,no significant treatment-related advers e events were found in the two groups.conclusionTianwangbuxin Dan combined treatment of cognitive rehabilit ation training has significantly improved the cognitive impairm ent after stroke,safety and no obvious adverse reactions,has clinical significance.
