| Purpose:Observing eye acupuncture combined with cognitive training for treating vascular cognitive impairment, provide an effective treatment of vascular cognitive impairment after stroke.Material and method:The 60 patients with kidney essence deficiency, turbid stasis after stroke patients orifices syndromes of cognitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were given conventional Western medicine(such as control of blood pressure, blood sugar, anti-platelet aggregation, etc.) and cognitive training, treatment group was based on the use of eye acupuncture acupuncture treatment, select the hole kidney, liver points, spleen and heart hole hole. Using symptom scores, Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE), Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL) ratings evaluate the clinical efficacy, and use SPSS17.0 to collect data for statistical analysis.Results: 1. Improved Syndrome regard, comparative analysis within the two groups had significant difference(P <0.05), there are significant differences between the two groups. 2. Improve aspects of cognitive ability, comparative analysis of the two groups are in the significant difference(P <0.05), there are significant differences between the two groups. 3. To improve the aspect of daily living, comparative analysis of the two groups are in the significant difference(P <0.05), there are significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion: 1. Eye Acupuncture can improve cognitive impairment in patients with stroke in clinical symptoms, the efficacy of cognitive function, activities of daily living area. 2. The eye of the needle may instruct the appropriate organs by stimulating acupoints, to achieve the function of the kidney essence Huazhuo stasis, slow down and improve cognitive symptoms.3. Eye Acupuncture is safe and easy operability and is effective and non-toxic side effects, it is more important to reflect its superiority and promotional value. |
