With the deepening reform of medical and health system in China,the National Development and Reform Commission,the National Health and Family Planning Commission and other departments introduce a series of policies of encouraging and guiding the social funds to organize hospitals.Thus,the medical market will be open further,and the competition between all kinds of hospitals at all levels will increase more fiercely.Due to the government policy support,financial subsidies,staff treatment and other advantages,public hospitals have the unique advantage in the industry development of the whole medical policies.And the development of enterprise hospitals is particularly difficult in such environment.In the face of opportunities and challenges,it is of great realistic significance for enterprise hospitals to make suitable development strategies for their own.Taking Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital as the study object,we deeply analyzed the hospital's macro environment and industry environment by PEST analysis and Porter's five competitive forces model under the guidance of modern management theory.The hospital's internal environment was discussed from the management status,human resources,material resources,hospital culture and so on.Finally,we analyzed the internal and external environment of the hospital by means of SWOT analysis method,and cleared the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the hospital.And thus the short-term,mid-term and long-term strategic goals and the corresponding strategic choices of the hospital were put forward.Combining the reality of the hospital on these bases,an explicit strategy implementation plan and relevant guarantee measures were put forward.Human resource strategy and marketing strategy were adopted to maintain public relations strategy to foster hospital's fundamental competitiveness,and to improve the connotation quality of the hospital.In this way,a solid foundation has been laid for the fast development of the hospital.The differentiation strategy was used to find the rapid development breakthrough of the hospital,broaden the development way,and promote the hospital's core competitiveness.The integration strategy was adopted to merge and recombine the hospitals of Xuzhou Mining Group and the first/second class hospitals in urban area,set up a system of internal medical union and establish hierarchical diagnosis and treatment to ensure that the hospital has a high speed,stable and sustainable development,and finally realize the hospital's overall strategic objectives.
