In recent years, with the reform of the national medical treatment and the establishment of the modern business enterprise system, the enterprise-owned-hospital was in a dilemma of surviving as well as developing. And the present problem is that the salary allotting system is not very suitable for such enterprise-owned-hospitals. So, it's very important to have a perfect and proper salary allotting system in such hospitals so long as they want to be surviving and developing. This study is done through the investigation and the review investigation to the local hospitals and the enterprise-owned-hospitals. Their salary allotting forms with the existing problems have been analyzed. Thus a new salary alloting system has been first put forward and then, set up based on the investigation, and finally, put into practice. Together with this, an index of benefit evaluating system also has been set.
