Now that the government has introduced many new policies into medical market, "to support treatment with drug " mode in the past will gradually be changed, the development of hospitals is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, the hospital should not only play a life-saving social function but also rely on themselves to maintain the profitability of the hospital and seek more long-term development. How to maintain and expand their market share and access to the corresponding economic benefits is the most important thing related to the survival and development of the hospitals. Secondly, it discussed about the opportunities and threats that hospitals are facing on the economic, social, cultural, political, legal, technical and other aspects, as well as the hospital's own advantages and disadvantages. It also makes up an overall strategy, that is, diffraction strategy and clustering strategy, on the basis of a SWOT analysis of the results of the matrix of General Hospital's. Then, according to the overall strategy, it has formulated the functional strategy from aspects of human resources, marketing, market competition, and so on. Then it includes some security measures of the implementation of the strategy including the adjustment of the organizational structure, optimizing of the allocation of resources, enhancing the hospital culture, and the improvement of their leadership qualities.
