Analysis Of Malignant Tumor Death In The Process Of Aging

Objective :To analyze and describe the death of malignant tumor in Wanzhou District of Chongqing from 2008 to 2014,and provide reference for disease prevention and control.Methods: The data of the death of the residents were collected from in Wanzhou District in Chongqing from 2008 to 2014,Combined with Wanzhou District resident population data,calculate the composition ratio of the elderly population,malignant tumor mortality,the standardized mortality rate,the age mortality rate,the sex death rate,the death rate of the top ten,and other indicators.Results:1.The total population is 1549681 in Wanzhou District from 2008 to 2014,Of which 784903 are male,accounting for 50.65%;764778 are female,accounting for 49.35%.The population composition over 60 years of age between 14.19% to 18.26%,showing a trend of increasing year by year.2.There were 69,825 deaths in Wanzhou District,19548 deaths from malignant tumors,28.00% of the total number of malignancies,Crude mortality rate of 180.28/105,standardized mortality rate of 173.40/105,sex ratio of 1.97: 1;Male crude mortality rate of 236.74/105,standardized mortality rate of 223.64/105;female crude mortality rate of 122.61/105,standardized mortality rate of 120.39/105,Male mortality and standardized mortality were higher than women.3.The lowest mortality rate was 4.02/105 at 5~9 years,the highest mortality rate was 2395.00/105 above 85 years old in Wanzhou District from 2008 to 2014,the mortality rate before the age of 40 was low,and the mortality rate continued to increase after the age of 40 and grew rapidly after the age of 80 years old.4.Malignant Tumor Deaths Top 10 accounted for 87.75% of all deaths in Wanzhou District from 2008 to 2014,successively were lung cancer,esophageal cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,leuke mia,pancreatic cancer,breast cancer,bladder cancer,cervical cancer,mortality rates were: 48.88/105,37.51/105,29.01/105,18.09/105,10.75/105,4.13/105,3.79/105,3.04/105,1.57/105,1.43/105.5.The crude death rate in the area increased from 179.40/105 in 2008 to 211.05/105 in 2014,and the standardized mortality rate dropped from 191.85/105 in 2008 to 185.24/105 in 2014.6.Esophageal cancer mortality rate is much higher than the level of death in Chongqing and the national average level,ranking also with Chongqing and the country is significantly different.Conclusion :1.The aging of the population gradually deepened in Wanzhou District from 2008 to 2014.2.The average rough death rate and standardized mortality rate in Wanzhou District from 2008 to 2014 are higher than the level of death in Chongqing,and higher than the national level.3.Malignant tumors are more harmful to male than female in Wanzhou District from 2008 to 2014,the ratio of death sex ratio is larger.4.Malignant tumor mortality increases with age in Wanzhou District from 2008 to 2014,the mortality rate before the age of 40 was low,and the mortality rate continued to increase after the age of 40 and grew rapidly after the age of 80 years old.5.The top ten causes of death in malignant tumors were lung cancer,esophageal cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,leukemia,pancreatic cancer,breast cancer,bladder cancer,cervical cancer.A slight change in the ranking of each year.6.Wanzhou District esophageal cancer mortality rate is much higher than the level of death in Chongqing and the national average,ranking is different from Chongqing and the country.
