An Analysis On Death And Years Of Life Lost Of Residents Caused By Malignancy In Yanbian In 2013

Purpose:This article probes into the harm degree of the different kinds of malignant tumors to the residents of the Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture through analyzing the 2013 cases of the malignant tumor death,the features of the causes of the death,the potential years of life lost for the residents.Furthermore,this article will provide an effective scientific criterion for the prevention and the study of the malignant tumor of the Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture.Method:We will collect the data of the death monitoring report from Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture disease control center,and then classify the causes of the death with the"international statistical classification of diseases and related health problems(ICD-10)".We will adopt death rate,potential years of life lost,reduce the potential rate,average years of life lost and so on to analyze the different causes of the death and the status of the life lost of the people belong to different gender and ethnic groups.Excel and software namely SPSS 17.0 are used to analyze the data collection and data analysis,x2 test is used to compare the enumeration data.Result:1.2013 Yanbian area residents malignant tumors mortality rate was 137.40/10 ten thousand,constitute the proportion is 24.91%respectively.The top five malignant tumors of the Korean and Han nationality are cancer of the liver,lung cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,pancreatic cancer,accounting for 77.89%and 74.89%among the total rate of malignant mortality tumor death.The top order of the malignant tumor in Han nationality is the lung cancer;The first sequence of the malignant tumor of Korean nationality is the cancer of the liver.2.From the age of 10 to 19,all kinds of the malignant tumor mortality of Korean and Han nationalities are lowest,and then the malignant tumor mortality increases with age.From the age of 50,the malignant tumor mortality becomes higher.Over 80,the mortality rate reach a peak.3.The top five ranking of the main male malignant tumor life lost:liver cancer,lung cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,and pancreatic cancer;The top five ranking of the main female malignant tumor life lost:lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,brain cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer.Except the breast cancer,the male PYLL and the PYLL rates of the other cancers are higher than the female’s.Han nationality PYLL of the malignant tumor of the Han nationality is higher than the Korean nationality’s.4.The top five ranking of the Han nationality AYLL is:leukemia,lymph cancer,brain cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer;the top five ranking of the Korean nationality AYLL is:brain cancer,lymph cancer,breast cancer,leukemia,liver cancer.Leukemia is the main threat to the life lost of the Han nationality,while brain cancer is the biggest threat to the Korean nationality.Brain cancer and lymph cancer stand in the top two ranking in AYLL rank,which influenced much in life lost.5.In 2013,the AYLL of the Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture caused by the malignant tumor death is 9.83 year,the top ranking among the whole AYLL of the malignant tumor is that:leukemia,brain cancer,lymph cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer.Except breast cancer,the male malignant tumor AYLL is average higher than the female’s.Leukemia,brain cancer and lymph cancer are in the lower order among the order of the causes of the death,but stand in the top three ranking in AYLL rank,which influenced much in life lost.Conclusion:1.Curing the malignant tumor has become a main public health issue in Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture;malignant tumor stands the third order on the rank order of the causes for the death.2.No matter male or female of the Korean and Han nationalities,liver cancer and the lung cancer are the two most significant causes for death.Except breast cancer,the male malignant tumor mortality is average higher than the female’s.3.From the age of 10 to 19,all kinds of the malignant tumor mortality of Korean and Han nationalities are lowest,and then the malignant tumor mortality increases with age.4.From the analyses of the Han and Korean nationalities’ PYLL orders,we can find that the liver cancer,lung cancer and the gastric cancer are the major causes for life lost.The PYLL of the malignant tumor in Han nationality are average higher than in Korean nationality.From the analyses of the AYLL,leukemia is the main threat to the life lost of the Han nationality,while brain cancer is the biggest threat to the Korean nationality.
