Clinical Effects Of Danhong Injection And Trimetazidine On Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection?trimetazidine treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(SA).Methods 106 patients with SA met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group with 53 cases and control group with 53 cases.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of routine therapy combined with Danhong injection and trimetazidine for 14 days.Before and after treatment,the angina pectoris curative effect,nitroglycerin consumption,serum hs-CRP,electrocardiogram and Holter tatol ischemic burden(TIB)of two groups were compared and analyzed.Drug adverse reactions were observed.Results The angina pectoris curative effect,nitroglycerin consumption,serum hs-CRP,electrocardiogram and Holter tatol ischemic burden of two groups were not significantly different before treatment(P>0.05),both groups were improved after treatment(P <0.05 or P <0.01),compared with the control group,the treatment group improved more significantly(P <0.05 or P <0.01),and did not see obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion It has higher safety and better curative effect that Danhong injection,trimetazidine combined with conventional western medicine treating patients with stable angina pectoris(SA).
