| Objective:The test discusses that Dan Hong injection treats chronic angina in the test phase IV clinical trial, and its main purpose is studying on clinical effect (the number of angina attacks, the rate of stopping nitroglycerin and electrocardiogram efficacy) and medication safety of Dan Hong injection on patients with chronic stable angina. It provides a basis for clinical application of Dan Hong and standardization in traditional Chinese medicine treating.Methods:This study included 36 patients with chronic stable angina (blood stasis) who conformed to the standard, and they were randomly divided into 24 cases in the experimental group and 12 cases in the control group. Both groups received standard treatment in internal medicine. The experimental group was given Dan Hong injection 40ml with 0.9% sodium chloride solution 250ml, and the control group was given placebo 40ml (0.9% sodium chloride solution) with 0.9% sodium chloride solution 250ml.Their dosage is intravenous injection once a day. Course of the treatment was 14±2 days, and recorded allergic reactions and adverse events that occurred during treatment. There is 76±5 days after treatment follow-up. The testing process required recording angina attacks, nitroglycerin stopped reducing rate and ECG changes in each visiting period.Results:1. Compared with before treatment, group therapy (14th±2 days) reduction in the number of patients with angina, and there is a statistically significant difference (P<0.05)2. After the treatment (14th±2 days), patients of the experimental group is compared with the control group in angina pectoris attacks, nitroglycerin stopped reducing rate and ECG total efficiency comparison, and there is a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dan Hong injection can reduce chronic stable angina (blood stasis) in patients with angina pectoris attacks, nitroglycerin stopped reducing rate increase and improve ECG curative effects. |
