Clinical Observation Of Stable Angina Pectoris With The Interventions Of Danhong Injection And The Influence To HS-CRP

Objective:Observe the hs-CRP and FIB levels with Danhong injection on the effect of the Stable angina pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease patients,so as to make preliminary evaluation on the clinical application of efficacy and safety.Methods:All the 36 patients were come from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of the Chinese Medicine between April 2014 and November 2014,all patients were included in the standard and signed informed consent.The all 36 patients were randomly come into treatment and control group. Treatment group 24 cases,the control group 12 cases.All the cases adopt the method of randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical research.The treatment group was treated with the Danhong injection 40 ml put in sodium chloride injection 250ml qdivgtt;the control group received the sodium chloride injection 290 ml qdivgtt.The course of treatment was 14 days, and was followed up to 90 days.Recorded the SAQ,weekly angina attack,nitroglycerin stop ratio,changes in grading of angina pectoris, ECG efficacy criteria’cholesterol and the levels of hs-CRP, FIB, BUN,Cr etc were recorded before and after the test,and record the adverse events occurred at the same time.Result:To compare with the control group, the level of hs-CRP and FIB in the treatment group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compare with the control group, in the treatment group the level of Cr, BUN, ALT, AST difference was no statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1、Danhong injection can be reduce the hs-CRP and FIB level.2、Danhong injection has no effect on BUN,Cr,ALT,AST.
