Perpose: To choose an effective, safe and economic therapy of Coronary Heart Diseaseand Angina (Blood Stasis) from three injections so as to design a more effective and preciseplan for treating Coronary Heart Disease and Angina.Methods:90patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina are randomly put into3groups: Group A, Group B and Group C.30patients of group A will be given400mg ofDanShen Injection (lyophilized) via intravenous drip once a day (qd). Group B will be given100ml of Saffloryellow Sodium Chloride Injection via intravenous drip once a day (qd).Group C will be given40ml of Danhong Injection via intravenous drip once a day (qd).Course of the treatment is14days. During clinical observation, patients will be givenNitroglycerin by mouth if necessary, but no other medication will be used to treat CoronaryHeart Disease and Angina. Results: Saffloryellow Sodium Chloride Injection can significantly reduce chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations etc.(P<0.05) with the total effective rate of80.0%in improvingSyndromes. It also drastically decreases the number of incidence, pain duration and degree ofpain with total effective rate of83.3%in chest pain relief. Furthermore, its curative effects inalleviating Angina symptoms, EKG and Syndromes are better than those of DanShenInjection (lyophilized)(P<0.05). With Cost-Effectiveness Analysis, it better than DanhongInjection. no toxic side-effects appeared under adverse reactions and safety observation testsduring clinical treatment.Conciusion: All three treatments are safe and reliable with precise curative effect in clinicalapplication. However, Saffloryellow Sodium Chloride Injection is the safest and the mostcurative therapy with lowest cost in treating Coronary Heart Disease and Angina (BloodStasis).
