Clinical Observation Of Danhong Injection In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris (Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the safety and clinical efficacy of Dan Hong injection in the treatment of s stable angina pectoris (blood stasis).Methods:We Select Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Second Hospital, between 2014 January to 2015 December diagnosis with stable angina pectoris (blood stasis) and accept the standard medical treatment for more than 2 weeks of outpatients in 48 cases, were randomly assigned to two groups, treatment group,24 cases in the control group, the ratio was 1:1. Take randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study method to observe the effect of Danhong Injection on patients with relevant safety indicators and TCM syndrome integral, ECG curative effect, angina pectoris integral and Seattle angina pectoris integral scale index of curative effect.Result:1. The index of safety comparison:two groups of patients after treatment, liver function, renal function and APTT, FIB, TT,>0.05 value P, the difference was not statistically significant; PT, P value<0.05, with statistical significance.2. The curative effect of TCM syndrome:two groups after treatment, the total effective rate, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; comparison of TCM syndrome total score after treatment in the two groups of P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; after treatment in the two groups in the chest pain, tightness in the chest, palpitation not Ning, tongue dark, pulse fine acerbity symptom single integral comparison P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, lip color dark purple term P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.3. Electrocardiogram efficacy comparison:after treatment, the two groups compared to P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.4. Dan Hong injection can improve the stability of angina (blood stasis) in patients with TCM syndrome points, reduce the chest pain, chest tightness, heart palpitations restless, dull tongue symptoms2. Dan Hong injection can improve the stability of angina pectoris (blood stasis) in patients with angina pectoris, reduce the patient’s Seattle angina score points.3.Dan Hong injection in the treatment of stable angina (blood stasis) has a good clinical safety.
