Experimental Study On The Effect Of Neural Growth Factor In The Posterior Sieve Of The Ear And The Intramuscular Injection Of The Buttocks On The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness In High Altitude Areas

Objective Comparison of ear area cribriformis injection of mouse nerve growth factor and clinical curative effect of gluteal muscle injection of mouse nerve growth factor on the treatment of sudden deafness patients in high altitude area,provide the basis for clinical treatment of sudden deafness.Methods The November 2014 to November 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University Department of Otolaryngology,diagnosis and treatment of 106 cases of sudden deafness were divided into two groups after ear injection and buttocks injection group according to random number table.Two groups were given conventional drugs and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the ear after the injection group to give the mouse nerve growth factor ear after the sieve area injection,every other day,buttocks injection group to give rats nerve growth factor buttocks intramuscular injection,every other day.All patients were treated for normal hearing or 10 days of treatment.And then the two groups of treatment efficiency,the average threshold after hearing and hearing increased the average threshold were compared.Results 1.The effective rate of the treatment group was 80.0%,which was 57.4% higher than that in the buttocks group(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant 2.The amplitude of hearing increased was 25.23 ± 11.77 in the posterior ear injection group,which was higher than that in the buttocks group(13.83 ± 18.38),P <0.05,the difference was statistically significantConclusion Sudden deafness patients using high altitude mouse ear screen microinjection nerve growth factor treatment compared with intramuscular injection of mouse nerve growth factor is good efficacy and less adverse reactions in clinical observation,the method is simple,is worthy of reference.
