Objective : To explore whether mastoid subperiosteal injection with mouse nerve growth factor has advantages in improving hearing and accompanying symptoms of sudden deafness.Method: Sixty patients with sudden deafness hospitalized in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Each group was divided into three groups: low-frequency decline,high-frequency decline and flat total deafness. The control group and experimental group were treated with Ginkgo biloba extract, alprostadil and hormone. The experimental group was treated with injection of NGF below the periosteum of the mastoid process. The control group received intramuscular injection of NGF.After treatment, pure tone audiometry was reexamined, and the ear fullness and tinnitus symptoms were scored. The improvement of hearing and the symptoms of tinnitus and ear fullness were compared between the two groups.Result 1.There was no significant difference in hearing improvement between the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group low in patients with sudden deafness hearing improvement was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant;the experimental group and the control group decreased compared to improve listening frequency before and after treatment in patients with sudden deafness, there was no significant difference between two groups of flat deaf patients with sudden deafness hearing enhancement value comparison,no statistically significant differences.2.The effective rates of tinnitus and ear tightness in the experimental group and the control group with tinnitus and ear fullness after treatment were higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion 1.In the treatment of sudden deafness of low frequency descending type, the hearing improvement effect of mastoid subperiosteal injection with NGF is better than that of intramuscular injection, but there is no significant difference between the two injection methods for sudden deafness of high frequency descending type and flat total deafness type.2.The method of mastoid subperiosteal injection with NGF is more effective than that of intramuscular injection in improving tinnitus and ear fullness of sudden deafness.
